my employer has not paid me for two days I had off sick this month, my contract states that after two years of employment I am entitled to 4 weeks paid sick leave, I have worked here for 2years and 4 months, when I asked accounts why wages were low they just said he is not paying sick anymore

Our 14 year old son has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Pro-B) and was DXed on 09-31-06. On 10-25-06 we got a letter from our apt. complex stating they will not renew our lease. We believe it is because of my sons illness and that is because they have no other reason. We have never once been late with our rent and also have no complaints against us! We asked and they said nothing more than we have the right not to renew without reason and that is what they chose to do. Any help?

MY HUSBAND WORKS AS A SECURITY GUARD FOR A BIG SECURITY COMPANY. HE HAS BEEN AT A PATICULAR SITE FOR 9 MONTHS.ABOUT A WEEK AGO, A WALLET WAS TURNED IN THAT WAS FOUND,IT BELONGED TO SOMEONE REALLY IMPORTANT AT THE COMPANY. A GUARD TOOK THE WALLET AND LOGGED IT IN THE JOG BOOK AND WENT HOME. THERE ARE ABOUT 40 GUARDS THERE AT NIGHT ALONG WITH MY HUSBAND. THERE WAS ONLY ONE GUARD THAT WAS IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE WALLET, HE WAS FIRED ABOUT THREE DAYS AGO. (EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NO PROOF THAT HE TOOK IT.) ALL GUARDS WERE QUESTIONED BY THE POLICE. THEY TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT HE WAS LET GO. HE WILL BE MEETING WITH SOMEONE IN A FEW HOURS TO BE TOLD WHY! ie. ,MY HUSBAND AND THE OTHER GUARD ARE 2 OF THE 4 GUARDS THAT ARE BLACK. THE OTHER 38 ARE NON BLACKS. IS THIS WRONG? WHAT CAN HE DO ABOUT IT? hE IS A GREATD EMPLOYEE HAS WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 6 YEARS, NEVER CALLS OUT, ALWAYS DOES OVERTIME,& HAS NEVER BEEN LATE! He cannot afford leagal rep what can he do? PLEASE HELP!

My EX Wife got the house and the 2nd Mortgage that came with it. She was supposed to refinance and remove my name from the title but could not qualify for refinancing so my name is still attached to both the mortgages (1st and 2nd). Now I find out that she hasn't paid the 2nd mortgage in 4 months. Last year she stopped paying the 1st mortgage and I had to catch that up as well. This is financial blackmail. What can I do to either get my name off the mortgages or get the home put back in my name only? Do I have any other options (legal options)? The court system seems like it cannot do anything to enforce what people agree to.
