I've seen a couple dui questions here recently, so i have one.

If someone is accused of DUI, they are not allowed to have a lawyer until after the questioning of the suspect, even if they ask for one.

Furthermore, should someone be punished, such as a loss of license, before they even have their day in court?

Laura bush said this in a CNN interview I read just a moment ago - "It's a different war than our country has ever faced. The enemy can make a big show on television like they did for the bloody last month we had in Iraq by blowing themselves up a lot of times along with other people. But our success is not so easy to see. But the fact is that we are succeeding."
Ok - so she didn't say anything else in the article about their successes - it's easy to say those words "we are succeeding" but what does that statement mean when you have nothing to say to back it up? It's empty words.

They keep saying this over and over and over again and it doesn't add up because they are showing absolutely no proof of what they are succeeding at let alone even saying what they are succeeding at even without proof. Are they just playing a superficial game of words to try to convince people they are on the right track - and if so who would believe them?

why does the police run when they can go charge someone but when it comes time for the truth to be revealed and possibly the charged person will be proven innocent why is it then that the police are no where to be seen to get the truth...i am trying to believe in the justice system but i am quiclky beginng to think its a crock( maybe just in my hometown)

I am married to an American. I am British. We lived in the U.K for two years and now we waiting to see if my application for residency is approved. My husband does not quite meet the financial requirements as my sponsor. Do you think they can refuse me residency and deport me?

Why don't we help out Mexico? They are much closer than Iraq, and maybe if we worked with them to better the lives of the Mexican people we would not have such a bad illegal immigration problem. The money spent on a fence will really not solve the problem, it could be spent elsewhere. The long term solution is to make Mexico a place people want to live and work in, and even if it's not our job to help them do that, if their government doesn't care enough to do it, isn't it in our own best interest to help out? That is the only way to solve the immigration problem forever. Why don't we help our neighbors?

Texas in the 80's where state employees were able to opt out of the SS system and go private. These people are now recieving 2 to 3 times monthly check than regular SS recepient, should we not emulate polocies that suceed . they have the " B*ALLS" ? Mexico is one of the richest countries in the western hemesphire. It has oil, minerals, nature, agriculture, tourism, beautifull sea resorts,....
Actually, Mexicans should be richer than Americans, if it was not for their corrupt govermnet & Fox. They need to do what Venezualns did, throw out the Pro US corrupt government & put Hugo Shavez who is distrubiting the oil wealth among its people, which does not go well with our US government & call it " buying their vote". I wish my US Congress would buy my vote & give me some of their wealth from their secret Swiss Bank accounts !!!

That shows the assault on me and proof that she filed a false police report to cover for what she has done
(In the picture)The foot stool is white where everything in not because. All the couch covers were removed because they were covered with blood.
She sent me this email on the 1 of September with no word that I had done any thing wrong to her on the 31 of August. Why did she wait six days to file a complaint? That’s because she was freaked out that I was going to turn her in and that she could be held liable for what she had done to me that is when she sent me a text massage stating could we talk again. When I didn't call, she panicked and went and filed a false police report.
My hospital records show the damage she did to my face and that cannot be disputed. Not to mention all the seizures I have had sense I was struck in the face. I have never ever had this many seizures in my life.Please help me I'm the victim here.
