No, the law is the law. Mexican's illegal and some legal want American's to feel bad about putting the foot down with illegal imigration. Why is everyone making this such a big deal, we are simply enforcing a law that has been there since the beggining of the United States, how you ask, because EVERY country has imigration laws, and laws that regulate who can come into the country. No country would be secure if these laws did not exist. --- Puting the National Guard on the border was a joke, they sent them there with some binoculars and a few radio's, how pathetic is that. The United States is being invaded by a bunch of punks from south of the border, those same national guard soldiers should be in fighting positions, with 240B's and 50cal MG, supported by Bradley fighting vehicles loaded to the brim with 25mm HE - set on High. Hooah.

The few Mexicans I've met who have moved to Canada generally complain about two things, The weather but that means that they happen to be living in Canada, and complaining about the weather is the national sport. Sorry Hockey fans. The second thing is the racism in US. I'm sure that racism against Mexicans will become a greater problem here in Canada. Unless people just start to relax a little racism will become a greater problem.

No, if we get a secure border and tougher laws, then we will be confident that the "hispancy" looking people are here legally.

mexicans being like they are, is the reason people feel like they do toward them.if they were a little less rude, and had some respect and werent so nasty. people might not hate them so bad. and if they werent such freeloading bums, they think everything is free. we the taxpayers dont owe them anything.

Yes, and this is more proof that Republicans who have used illegal immigration as a campaign strategy care nothing for the common good of the nation. By appealing to emotion and racist tendencies, they deflect criticism for their policies which allowed 6 million undocumented aliens to settle in the US during the past 6 years. Republicans get votes, but they increase racism, suspicion and resentment of what Bush called the "brown" people.

That can cut both ways. It is in human nature for people to act like that. I'm not saying it's right, but a snake is going to act like a snake.
