Let's make a point here: we have a smoking age, a drinking age(which shouldnt be in place to begin with), a voting age, a driving age... What's next, a partying age?

perhaps you have an argument until the baby has a heart beat and definatly no argument when the child has a brain that functions. but noooooo, you can murder your child all the way till birth. You should be ashamed of your selves for promoting the mass killings of innocent children.

A university student failed to catch drips from a harsh toilet cleaner
after setting it on two of my countertops, ruining both. She'd been given a container for the toilet brush and warned of chemical damages onto rug. She claims she only put the bottle onto counters and saw no drips. Some was even found on the top part
of a toilet seat where my kids may have sat on it. When told about it all on the phone, her only comment was, You're trying to make me feel bad." I only wanted her to know what damage was done and asked if she had insurance (renters or such). She said she'd check into it, but instead she quit the job and told me she considers the matter over that she'd followed directions by not getting any on the rug. (The bottle warns against setting on counters, etc.). Do I have a court case? Should I go small claims or civil? What if after notification of hearing, she's a "No
Show" and possibly has no other job. (She was a bank teller five
years til Dec. 2005).

I've heard of a technique called the poor man's copyright. It is supposedly a way to copyright your unique idea or information without having to pay for a formal copyright. The technique is to write out your idea or information you want to copyright, seal it in an envelope, and mail it to yourself. this will date the contents of the envelope and supposedly copyright them. My question is, would something like this actually hold up in a court of law, or is it just an urban legend?

.....I Would
My Brother in law did and he got his dog back in less than 24 hrs
He gave the man who found his dog 40 thousand...And donated 5 thousand to the Children's Hospital....Sadly Most people would be too selfish to do the same

I think Evil if your poor dog is missing or stolen to only post a 50 dollar reward...What a joke

I thought we are trying to reduce the number of troops, not increase the number of troops. Do these Republicans get the clue that Americans want to get the hell out?

How much money should we spend? How many troops should we send?
How many can die before we "cut and run" like we did in Somalia?

Would you back the President if he sent troops?

They clone themselves and they clone people they disagree with. Maybe I'm wrong but can't think of any non-cons who do this.

Why do they have to resort to deception and tricks?

Lynne Chaney (the wife of the VP) just said that five years of no terror attacks proves that we are safer today than we were and that the credit goes to George Bush. If this is true, then doesn't that mean that we were just as safe on September 10, 2001 and it was Clintons credit?

Just as we can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater,or "I have a gun" in a bank, we should not use comments in a way that may cause harm to others.
Our founders did not consider some of the further connsequences of free speech. They could not forsee that T.V. and the internet would allow our comments to quickly reach the ears of our soldiers and our enemies and hurt the morale of our troops and provide propaganda for our enemies.

I have flown quite a few light aircraft and somtimes if the wind is strong enough have to force them down on the runway at full throttle,My question is to do with aircraft carriers,is it true that these pilots have to land at full throttle in case they miss the arrester wire and have to go round again.

I was reading the news today about the big brush fires in Palm Springs and how they knew the fire were caused by an arsonist. I'd like to know how investigators can figure that out when any evidence would seem to be destroyed by the fire itself.
