Firstly, I abhor the BNP and fully understand that they are essentially a racist party which has no place in British politics.

However, imagine that it was they, instead of Jack Straw, who had said that Muslim women should not wear veils. Can you imagine that there would have been support from the Labour Party? Not a chance mate - they would have had scorn poured upon them as racists who were destroying our multiracial society.

Im 19yrs. old a on 10.13.06 while on the freeway,I was cut off by another vehicle. I slammed on the brakes so the man would not hit me, my car skidded and hit the wall of the free way head on. My car bounced off made a complete circle and the rear of my car hit the wall again. My car was totaled. According to the manuel they should have gone off if my airbag indicator light came on everytime I turn on my car, it does.The car is a 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE. The car was purchased as a new/used car from Carmax, who is famous for their 200 point inspection. Its the reason I decided to buy my first car from them. My mother and I are consedering sueing, my question is should I? If so for how much and would I even win?

I believe all should be free to come to enter our wonderful country, howeve, I see no reason some people should be immune from the laws. We have guidelines and processes for entering the US, which protect it's citizens, provide structure, and hold those entering accountable for thier acts. Why should be allow anyone to step to the front of the line or avoid the appropriate application process all together? Is there any reason we should allow ILLEGAL immigration?

I keep hearing it, and frankly, I'm fed up. If the illegal immigrants want to join them then they should go ahead and ask permission to live among the Native Americans. But the thing is, the illegal immigrants are seeking to join the society established by the European settlers. So, abide by our rules or stay out.

All we're asking is to play by the rules and assimilate. But no, I've seen positive questions about assimilation getting hate-filled answers and acusations of how our ancestors stole the land.
Well, I've got news for you- we didn't choose to be born here, we didn't ask out ancestors to settle here. But we are born here and we're concerned with preserving out heritage, our democracy.
I've seen a lot of generous Americans in the forums who would like to give amnesty to the illegals, and that's a credit to their humanity and generosity. But the thing is, we don't owe the illegals anything.
Not one thing. So stop with the racist card already!!!

Not a Blair-ite but I would like to see what people think about a scenario where Blair did not join forces with Bush. If Bush had gone in alone I cannot imagine how things would have been different for,
a) for the unfortunate Iraqis
b) Sadaam
c) the threat of terrorism in the UK/West, given the general anti-West sentiment communiciated by certain muslims.

Question- has Blair actually been able to moderate Bush's action plan? We will never know........

I hired one to tear down an old fence in my neighbors yard. I hated the fence it blocked my view of the ocean. Was that wrong? My neighbor came and asked i told him a stupid Mexican did it . But he said he had the wrong house. Was that wrong?

I noticed that a lot of people were complaining about things being reported and I assume deleted or something. What types of things(other than profanity) would cause a question or answer to be deleted? What happens when something is reported? Is the person being reported against notified?

We have a home for sale, it was under contract. The buyers agent was the buyers daughter. They signed the contract stating they would get a residental loan and put $1,000 in escrow. The residental loan was approved and we were going to close, until the title company found out that they were going to rent out the home and told them that they could not close with a residental loan. They tried to get the correct type of loan to no avail. We gave her a 3 week extension, she agreed to pay all daily interest during that time. Finally they were denied for the right type of loan and now they want their escrow deposit back and do not want to pay the daily interest, and I am out 3 weeks time and have to have the escrow tied up because they wont release it. She even had the nerve to say that she would split it with us if we gave her the pool table in our house!!!! Please read my other ?s for more details. What would you do in this situation?

We are talking being able to publically trace from original ballot cast thru every government entities numeric accounted for results posted! County supervisor of elections,State board of elections & the federal levels etc. You do not have a check & balence system in place. Plus in order for it to be totally verifiable, there can NOT be secretcy.
