This morning my administration released the budget numbers for fiscal 2006. These budget numbers are not just estimates, these are the actual results for the fiscal year that ended February the 30th.

Not only does February not have 30 days,
but the fiscal year itself doesn't end in February anything.
It ends on September 30th
Is Bush so out of it he doesn't even know
how many days in Feb. or when HIS budget is put out?

A million people, a thousand thousand people have contracted AIDS in America, they have a very low probobility of surviving. It is PROVEN that HIV has a higher probobility of spreading in homosexual couples, it is PROVEN that the only way to contract HIV is to have had sex with someone who already posseses the disease(blood-transfusion was fixed a long time ago), this means that they only way to get this and other STDs is to HAVE SEX WITH MULTIPLE PARTNERS, and yet anyone who points this out is called a homophobe or is accused of taking the "moral high ground," when will people realize that STDs ARE caused by immorality, they are not the fault of the governement, or societal messages, or racial images, or George Bush they are the fault of the people who give and contract them. Especialy that of those who give them, don't give me bullshit about "natural sex drive" if you contract a fatal STD you stop having sex, to have sex with someone while possesing an STD is tatenmount to murder.

Do you remember? I even asked a question asking 'how great the british police were for foiling the terrorism plot' and most people said that the police were great for stopping them. Apparently they were planning on blowing up 9 or so trans atlantic airliners leaving the Uk bound for the US.

How do these guys think they can get away from the police by trying to drive away and continually rack up driving violations next to the other charges they were accused of?
They swerve in and out of busy intersections with no regard for the lives others, they try to outrun the cops at dangerous, breakneck speeds, etc.
Whatever happened to taking responsibility and just turning yourself in? It's a lot less trouble.

Do you think criminals (men only - over 18) should be given a bare-backed flogging for certain offenses - especially sexual crimes and violent crimes? Say for a certain offense - 10 years in prison plus 1000 lashes, divided into 20 sets of 50 delivered over the prison term? It seems to me like these criminals are just being locked up, but not "punished." I say we lock them up for less time, save some money, but stripe their backs with lashes for their crimes. What do you think?

Recently 7 stadiums were threatened with dirty bomb - Nothing happened and it was openly said that the threat wasn't credible
But - is it likely that the US will be attacked with a massive chemical - nuclear or other type of bomb from within ?
Will it be timed around the elections or have more to do with when the terrorists can get it together than any particular date?
As soon as the US is attacked who is the most likely nation America will blame and or go after first ? Iran ? N Korea ?

People are upset with the current internation policy. If the Republican retain control of congress and things do not improve much by 2008, wouldn't that set the stage for a Democratic clean sweep in 2008?
If the Democratics win some control back now, don't you think that would create a share responsibilty if things continue to go badly for the next two years? Wouldn't that give a Republican presidential candidate a better chance of winning in 2008?

As long as Iraq is on fire, the Democrats should have a cake walk to the White House in 08. And Jimmie Bob Baker knows that. That's why he wants to pull the troops out immediately after the November elections.
That would be a disaster. We need Bush to keep the troops in there for two more years so we can get a Democrat in the White House.
How are we going to do that??? My new voting machine has screen you look down at, and you scroll through the races screen by screen. This question is for all with similar machines. Has controller of your elections decided on standard patternerns for order races will apper? Example would be in non presidental year the race for govenor would always be first screen shown if your state Govenior Race was held. Next Senator. Not wonderdering about any piticular order. Asking will you voting area have the same order depending on races that year? Does it or have you head talk that it will?

There are two young men in Texas who are baptist and have not crime record. They were accused of child abuse that was disproven in court. The evidence was ignored and the men both of whom are married and have families, got a combined total of forty years in high security state pens 300 miles away from each other. One was given 24 years and the witness brother was given 16 years. Just four years earlier a man was convicted of murdering his wife and children and was given 12 years! Amazing!

According to this article the only people that aren't screened for diseases upon entry to the US are Tourist and Illegals. Why aren't we screening Tourist? I allready know why we aren't screening Illegals. I simply don't understand why we don't screen tourist.
