Does the South have more in common with England or Haiti?

I assume that you mean , South USA.
Well , I find the question odd.

The South is more connected to Haiti than England, because of CLIMATE and exhange due to slave trading and commerce.However the USA DOES SHARE the same language with England, and there are more tourists that visit each other
