I agree with your idea but don't know how it could be implemented without harming the tourism to this nation.I personally wish it was done to everyone that come here.Below is also some scary information you might like to see.

Leprosy, a scourge in Biblical days and in medieval Europe, so horribly destroys flesh, faces, and fingers it was called Disease of the Soul.Lepers quarantined in leprosaria sounded noisemakers when they ventured out to warn people to stay far away. Leprosy or Hansen’s Disease was so rare in America that in 40 years only 900 people were afflicted Suddenly, in the past three years America has more than 7,000 cases of leprosy. Leprosy now is endemic to northeastern states. There are leprosy clinics in New York City. Illegal Aliens and other immigrants brought leprosy from India, Brazil, the Caribbean, and Mexico

I travel abroad a lot,I wouldn't be opposed to having to pass a health test to get my passport,or to get it renewed
All nations could do the same thing. If you can afford to
fly to another country ,you certainly could afford another $ 50 for an exam.I'm all for Americans being screened too.It makes sense.

It means more money to spend on screening and less money coming from tourists because they don't want to go through all of that.

Actually I WAS screened in China. I was going to be there for 4 weeks and had to get a 'medical' exam (which was actually an AIDS test) at my own expense quite soon after arrival.

a million) "will there be a drama in paying for visa if i dont take return flight from guangzhou and are available lower back to KL by way of way of Hongkong extremely?" ---> No. 2) "are their the different responsibilities to fullfil or diverse visa classification for making such journeys which includes procuring for various visa apart from having diverse get entry to visa??" ----> No, no longer that i know of, yet look into your interior reach chinese language embassy or consulate to make valuable. 3) "Is it mushy to commute from shenzhen to Hongkong and lower back" ---> specific, shenzen is relatively a subway experience north from hong kong. it takes decrease than an hour to get to shenzen from HK. i did no longer locate it uncomfortable in any respect. FYI - you are able to basically get a chinese language visa outdoors of China now. In different words, you are able to no longer get a chinese language visa in HK or Macau anymore. They ended that 2 years in the past. apart from, Australians do no longer visas to flow into Hong Kong, basically China.

Something that would take me MORE time to get out of the airport when I get there? It would be a nightmare. Plus it would take away more of your right to privacy.
