I believe all should be free to come to enter our wonderful country, howeve, I see no reason some people should be immune from the laws. We have guidelines and processes for entering the US, which protect it's citizens, provide structure, and hold those entering accountable for thier acts. Why should be allow anyone to step to the front of the line or avoid the appropriate application process all together? Is there any reason we should allow ILLEGAL immigration?

Do you know how difficult it is for a Mexican for example to get a visa or papers? My husband is Mexican and he is in Mexico waiting on papers. He has been waiting for almost a year now! If a Mexican wants to get a visa, we were told that you have to own a house, have a bank account, and a good job. For a Mexican, this is very difficult, because there are no good paying jobs available in Mexico. I understand why Mexicans come to the U.S. illegally. I have stayed in Mexico with my husband for 6 months, and it's not my type of vacation! It is extremely hot, There is alot of violence, and the water and meats are full of bacteria. If you get sick, it's hard to find a good doctor that does not just rely on home remedies. I welcome all mexicans to my country!

Almost 100% of the people who come here illegally are violent criminals. Illegal immigration is in no way a matter of immigrants getting around immigration laws. It's mostly about violent gangs and paramilitary groups invading our country.

Even with regard to legal immigrants, the issue is not truthfully represented. The US allows about 10 times the absolute maximum amount of immigrants in every year than we can safely integrate into our country every year without risking a complete collaps of our government, economy and way of life. Even that is a generous assessment as I'm taking the max level as the highest point of immigration during the Great Migration part of our history where most people thought we were being overrun with immigrants. Well, the rate is 10 times that today and it is causing massive problems everywhere in our country. Unless we reduce the amount immediately, our country will simply cease to exist with a decade or less. It's not a matter of choice. We must do it....or else.

I just say it's not that big of a deal. If most people put themselves in the place of the illegal immagrants, they can't see themselves doing anything differently, so they don't feel comfortable if judgement is harsh. The wait for a poor uneducated person in Mexico to become a US citizen can take 10-20 years. Most just take one look at their impoverished families and decide to do it no matter what the consequences.

Pancea, 100% are violent criminals? So people like "the dog whisperer" caesar milan was a violent criminal? In his book he said he came here because he wanted to work in hollywood and make money. Maybe you know better. The dog terrorst?

Congressman Solomon Ortiz (D) TX claims he's wanting to "unite families". That's Newspeak for "amnesty criminals". Democrats see 20 million instant supporters after the pardon.

Note that guys like Kennedy and Ortiz ( Congressional check book scandal) don't have problems with lawbreakers who escape legal retribution.

Don't let them muddy the issue by including legal immigration in the question of criminal tresspass.

Illegal entry has no defense. They should stand at the back of the line. There is no reason why we should allow illegal immigration.

ease up, i agree that our borders should be free but do you really want to import rapists, pedophiles, and any other low life criminals? that's why there are laws so that we do not get those kinds of people in our country. granted that law needs some work but it would just be caotic if our borders were suddenly declared free to walk in and out of. we have enough criminals living off our taxes we do not need anymore. no, not all are criminals but you have to be careful.

It can't.

Only delusional persons would defend such law breakers, that harm our society.

The illegal aliens bring in drugs and participate in every criminal activity and drain our social services, disrupt peace in society and steal our children's future.

No. It's blatant disobedience and disrespect of an existing law. It cannot be defended.
