I'm sure that this question has been asked before. But, here in Colorado we have a domestic partnerships bill that will give rights to unmarried and same sex couples (like right to make decisions for a sick partner, right to have benefits from wills, etc.). Its being billed as not marriage quite explicitly- that it just is offering some of the benefits of marriage without marriages. So, knowing its not marriage, would you prove for or against it and why?

Since Bush is the new Hitler, tell me how these two gentlemen are so alike, remember though these similarities cannot reflect on any similarities shown by the Democratic Party, as they are pure and free of sin.

Oklahoma has a web site that shows all offenders, their crimes, sentences, parole dates, etc.... I have been in this site before and I can't remember the address.

Many of you are asking why people support the republican party. Here is an article that that states what I believe in. Can someone answer me in a similar fashion why are you a democrat?

My opinion is that any candidate would have helped the middle class more than Bush has. And that is most important to me.

But why do you think John Kerry would have screwed up our country badly? Like what policies and ideals did he hold that leads you to believe he would have messed up our nation?

Oh, and don't just say because he was a democrat. THAT IS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH ANSWER!

I mean if Hugo Chavez is really training terroists how to pass for Latinos and get across the border.I mean if the drug cartels are using rpg and heavy machine guns to make sure drugs and other things make it acrosss the border,What is wrong with securing our borders?I am for migrant workers working here but that is all I want to come. The report that was released a day or so ago
is really disturbing.I hope everyone realizes that terrorists will not exclude any group of people from death.

I heard that if a police officer presents you with a ticket, they need to be dressed in full uniform. So if they're not wearing their hat, does the ticket count? You'd have to basically take a picture of the cop as they give you the ticket in order to argue in court (which I doubt anyone has EVER done).

Can anyone verify that?

I didn't get ticketed for anything, just curious.

The reason I ask is tammy hall as a poltical that spew out favors on Demand, and Im sure Tom Delay, and Ney, Reed would love it then could till there pockets full of easy money, In 1880 that election was close I Tilden was supposed to win But Haynes got in if i Remeber right, but most presidents at that time were morphine junkies or drunkards in America.

I find it unbelievable that no one has come to the defense of the soldiers who did the work of the CIA and now sit in jail. Yet Bush has signed into law in short he and rumsfield can not be held accountable for any wrong doing on the war on terror. Why is it that soldiers are accountable but civilains are not.

My nephew, who is a good kid, recently got cited for "exhibition of speed". The root of the offense was that a foot officer heard him "squeal" his tires in an upscale shopping area. He was cited for going 25 MPH , which is the posted speed limit. The vehicle that he was driving is an Olds Cutlass that he had purchsed that same day, so he said that when he went to stop, he hit the gas as well as the brake. He wasn't spinning his tires, just a brief spinout.

The officer told him that he has seen him cruising around the area the last couple of weeks, however, my nephew had never been been there before.

His plan was to fight the ticket in court. Yesterday, he received a letter from the Police Dept. stating that they made a mistake and that his offense should have been a criminal offense and he needed to be pre-booked right away!

Should he hire a lawyer first or have a discussion with the PD first to find out where this "criminal" offense is coming from?

Here are the facts

Clinton an FDR wire taped our phones
Clinton expanded welfare, which means that you get more free money with the more rights you surrender
Clinton supported socialized medicine- read above
Clinton opposes freedom of speech, remember path to 9/11 Clinton hired a lawyer because the series hurt his feelings.

And now we should be pissed at bush because he took away our right to bring Gatorade on the airplane?
Because we cant bring our coco cola on the plane this proves the terrorists won?

What fancy logic I hear from the liberals

War in Iraq or Illegal immigration?

Why? Do you think we are forced to show him respect as if we lived in a dictatorship? I know Bush said once "A dictatorship would be easier. No doubt about it." But he is not the dictator and we are free in this country to have our own ideas. Especially when the president thinks he is above the Constitution.
How come republicans don't agree?

I ask because which forum has the best info to make a informed, unbias opinion? Oh, that's right, there isn't one. So how can really say the real reasons why we are at war? I keep on hearing people telling me to stop believing the lies we are told. Ok, but who are telling them things. There is just too much we don't know to really say anything about the war. There are some things that we probably shouldn't know for security sake.

There was no blood found except on his rug, My brother was a very healthy person, I asked if there was anything missing, I was told no. Later thinking how would they know, no money was found in his home whcihc my brother always kept.
The crime was labeled as a suicide..Is there some where I can go to get a copy of the case or get the information that the police has.
I would hire a private investigator but I do not have that kind of money....HELP

We have been thretaened and held hostage by these rogue nations (North Korea and Iran) long enough! I think we need to take a "get tough" approach to the issue of nuclear proliferation so as all third world countries get the message it won't be tolerated!
I don't think Iran could prevent oil shipments with our navy in the region and our aircraft overhead. As for the "Jihad" we have the potential to put that to an end right from the get go and send a clear and concise message to anyone who wants to join forces with their radical counterparts! We've sacrificed enough and it's time to get tough!! What are your thoughts?

I have heard that Teresa Heintz Kerry said unkind things about Pat Tillman. Supposedly there was a CNN news report. Does anyone have anything that can be substantiated? All I found is where there is a website connected to her where people had posted nasty, hateful things about him, but it was pulled. Can anyone offer solid proof that this isn't just a rumor gone wild?
