War in Iraq. Illegal immigration causes no harm, invasion or killing.It does not cause buildings to collapse and it does not cause the death of women and children. Illegal immigration is sometimes very "needed" for the development of one's own. War in Iraq is 100% illegal because it has caused directly or indirectly the death of thousands of innocent (and guilty) human lives. It has caused the damage to many homes and buildings. America interfered because Iraq was tryin to build a nuke but why cant it interefere with N. Korea or Iran? there is no other answer only that it is a "big coward". It found Iraq an easy target but Iran and Korea won't be easy (although it will win).

The War in Iraq was approved by the United States Congress and is therefore legal. Illegal immigration is not, until Bush grants the illegals amnesty.

International law is a fluid field not as easily defined as domestic law. I believe however that you are speaking on a higher level. It is hard to say, immigrants are usually looking for a better life, not to take over a country. It also depend on how you view the Iraq war, liberation, or a resource grab.

immigration. Period. There are legal ways to come into the country. Besides, the UN doesn't HAVE to approve a declaration of war. The pres and congress make that decision. If the UN would back up it's sanction words with ACTION- this war wouldn't have happened. Saddam violated UN resouloutions multiple times and NOTHING was done. Kim what's-his-name is doing the same. If the UN as a whole would grow some cojones, the US wouldn't have to play police force for the rest of the world.

The war in Iraq is not illegal..neither does it have the potential to have nearly the negative impact on the USA....but I'm sure the cost to middle-class Americans of illegals and Iraq are comparable....

Last time I checked a country going to war is not considered 'against the law'. I am pretty sure that being an illegal immigrant makes you a criminal because illegally immigrating is after all illegal.

The war in Iraq (by all international standards) is legal but I think very unethical. Illegal immigation is actually both.

"No one died when an illegal came to America for first time. So i think war in Iraq is more "illegal""
I don't know if anyone said anything about this but, when the first "illegal" settled in America, almost a whole population was wiped out.

Illegal=against the law.
Illegal immigration = against immigration law.
Iraq War sanctioned by Congress and the Presidential Office = legal.

by who's law? by the world law (if there is such a thing) the war in Iraq is more illegal, but it's justified by our laws (though seemingly not by our ethics) whereas the world really doesn't care much about our immigration situation, but by our laws it's very illegal.
