Do you mean what the court calls these crimes?

Kidnapping - kidnapping.

As for stealing, depends upon the type of court, the amount in question, and the manner of the stealing. You've got embezzlement (stealing from your employer), petty larceny (stealing something of low value), grand larceny (stealing something of greater value), burglary (breaking an entering and removing something), theft, conversion (stealing something in effect by changing its value to its owner), economic waste (effectively stealing value from the owner by allowing a valuable property to be destroyed or converted), amongst others.
