our employee health ins hand book clearly states we are entiteled to 26 weeks of disability benefit payments. this is the health ins plan the company offered. ifyour covered for 26 weeks of disability benefits under their ins plan, how can they fire you using fmla as their excuse? I was fired 3 days before the 12 weeks of fmla time limit was reached? I contacted EEOC and ohio's civil rights commission. they both sided with the company, saying the didn't do anything wrong. I paid extra for the family health insurance which turned out to be useless and a waste of my money. something doesn't
sound right. what are my options on filing a civil lawsuit, is there a time limit on civil suits.

we can't even figure out the world and now our country school.
i am glad it was not students like 99 where most of the shooting or voilence was the students and now it is adults. and now they want the amish to pray for the idiots family. i know it is their way but why should they? back when i was a kid there was bullies but no voilence. i disagree with church belongs in schools because of the freedom of religion act but they should teach the ten commandments and the constutition/bill of right like they do in hs to kindagarden
now with all the predaters around the country we have a congressman emailing subjective to pagers. makes me sick. i was not going to vote for tom reynolds and his mistake i am not for sure.
now for the war on terrorism people must have forgetting our fight for freedom and liberty and JUSTICE for all. i work for the homeland security and it is apart of the arm forces. and now that people do not support the

ant-illegal protesters at demonstrations? These are mostly retired people because most American's can't just take off work at a moments notice. What if an illegal loses his/her job by not showing up and protesting? Who is going to pay to feed his/her kids then? What happened to their great family values that they claim? e.g. there has been times when a drunk driver has Killed more than one person through his own stupidity and recieved 3 years in jail and a 2 year Driving Ban, but there has also been cases where someone has stole X-Amount of Money and recieved 15 - 20 years Prison sentence.

Will the 700 miles of border fence be electrified? It should be. If it were powered by High Voltage wouldn't that work? Or maybe we should use invisible electric fencing like we use for the perimeter of our lawns to keep our dogs contained. That would surely deter the Mexicans from coming here ILLEGALLY. Or would it?
