Yes,but this is just the tip of iceberg.Did you know that in the past Russia also sent in the troops to throw out the British.Russian interest in the region goes a long time back,and now China is also Cooking its stew over there.No body will tell you what they actually gave them may be a lot more than Tor M1.

The reason we aren't at war with N. Korea is largely because of "Mutually Assured Destruction," which has proven to be an effective check and balance with world nuclear power (in the case of the US, Russia and China).
