There is going to be a highway in between I-80 and I-88 in Speaker of the House Hastert's district in Illinois called the Prarie Parkway. It's a controversial highway, for one because it is going to suck up a lot of farm land in an area that is one of the fastest growing areas in the nation, and two, Mr. Hastert owned some land that was off a proposed exit of the highway which he sold at a very large profit. Nothing illegal, but kinda shady.
