When a bought item goes out of warranty or guarantee and something goes wrong with a part of that item that you believe really should not have gone wrong in such a short period, (even though the item as a whole is out of warranty), what is the course of action and the legal terminology for the claim against the seller or manufacturer.

Can anyone point me to a link or website where I can research this fully?

Did any body actually listen to what the man said? Why do people deliberately change the words of others, to put forward there own agenda. I listened to the news this morning and a veiled woman stated that Straw is refusing to talk to wearers of the veil. When did he say that ?

I agree...to a point, but without the gun in the picture, do you think the same outcome would have happened? I think guns are rad...If you've shot one at a range (or even in a ghetto battle), you would understand the sense of power you get when you squeeze the trigger and feel the gun recoil. It's pretty incredible. I still feel guns cause more problems than they are worth and have never felt the need to own one. Why do you feel the need? Why should it be your right?

....for protection? Once I went to school (uni) and some guy parked behind my car and stared at me. So I was concerned and then I threw a bat in the backseat in case he showed up again. It's still in the backseat. Should I leave it there, get pepper spray or what? Is it some kind of offense to have the bat back there "just in case?" I'm a law-abiding citizen but I go to school at night and feel safer knowing I have it. I don't have a cell phone.

Go ahead and take a stab at this...
Write a quick outline for a date between Karl and Ann. Where would they go for their hot date, what would they do for fun and who's place would they end up at for a long night of *passion*?

knock yourself out...

Could I tell them (USCIS) they took my copy and have it or should I apply the duplicated approval notice again...! (Even they know they have...?) The form I-824 cost $200. Should or shouldn't cost a lot differences....

Surely this would make him a better candidate for Tony Blair's replacement. Political correctness is going overboard. This is the United Kingdom not Saudi Arabia, Israel, morocco or any other muslim state.

It seems like most Democrats & Republicans top priority is getting reelected, rather than what is best for the country.

Why do human beings spend so much money, time and effort to kill and blow things up instead of helping the poor ,the homeless, and the sick. We spend Billions of dollars and these billions of dollars could be used to help our fellow man. but we don't, WHY?

I happen to be dyslexic and am sick to death of numpties getting at me for spelling mistakes. i normally find that these are the folk with the least informative answers. no slur intended, but they mostly tend to be american. before someone opens their mouth and lets their belly rumble, i dont realise i have made a mistake and so dont use spell check. besides its not like a university degree exam!!
Incidentally, i happen to have an hours degree and on ordinary degree gained at the same time so unfortunately for those about to call me a moron...wrong!
Anyone who has a go and starts name calling will be reported for abuse as dyslexia is a learning disability. just thought i'd warn you. i know i am being pedantic but i am severly p!ssed off!

On Wednesday evening, the gathering came to an untimely demise when, a minute into the remarks by the founder of the Minuteman Project, Jim Gilchrist, students stormed the stage, overturning tables and chairs and attacking Mr. Gilchrist and fellow Minutemen Marvin Stewart and Jerome Corsi. Having taken control of the stage, the students, led by the student chapter of the International Socialist Organization, unfurled a banner that read, in both Arabic and English, "Nobody is Illegal."

Jack Straw has made a request, and opened a debate. He is NOT demanding that women remove the veil. Do some Muslims look for an excuse to pick on a comment, twist it into something more sinister than it is, and blow it out of all proportion? What do you think?

I am not a racist.....I know many non radical Muslims who are lovely!

My opinion is that (and I'm not religious in any way, so I sit on the shelf) If there is such a big issue about muslim women lifting their veils, and they don't feel they should be forced to, how did they get into the UK in the first place, becuase I can't imagine the UK passport office accepting a photograph of a piece of cloth as someones ID. Any other thoughts. 10 points for semi to genuine answers

The world has said many of times that Iran is allowed nuclear energy but will only accept it if it another country enriches the uranium for them. If Iran's nuclear ambitions really are for peaceful purposes then why won't they agree to this? Are they hiding something?

When is the world going to realize that talk is cheap, diplomacy is obviously not working here and it's time to enforce sanctions?

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned Iraqi leaders on Thursday they have limited time to settle their differences and that the escalating waves of violence are intolerable.

so Condi goes to Baghdad on a "surprise"visit"
Just curious as to how the military feels about this woman who, as of late seems to be losing her touch. also we were told early on that military handpicks which soldiers they want as 'backdrops' when someone like Condi visits. True?
