but do we stil need it? Shouldn't we now be able to vote 'one vote per person' and really elect our most important elected official with the 'populous' vote? ( I know I didn't speak that right but you know what I mean)

Another example of news stories twisted to the advantage of anti-immigrants. Either that or these people don't like to do research so that they don't make themselves look like fools. Here is a copy of H.R. 4830. It simply makes tunneling illegal and provides provisions for punishment.

I personaly believe if you vote for either one, you are just basicly choosing the lesser of 2 evils. I think they are both of thier rocker. Believing that basicaly there is not a party that has anything close to being right, who should I vote for and why? Sorry I can not give specific views into what I believe, but if I did all I would get are haters wanting to tear me a new one like I care about their opinion and never giving me an actual insightful answer. Just curious everyone.

While i was comming from the airport with my dad, we got hit buy a car in the back. The other driver got a ticket. We've been receing treatment in a fortlauderdale chioropractor for about 3 months. When the results For The MRI came, they said that i had a lost disk in my neck( got no idea) They sent me to another doctor and he's going to give me an injection in my neck soon. How much Do you guys think i can make of this case if i sue the other insurance? I was the front passenger and our car had full ccoverage on it.

I was involved in a fight over the weekend where I felt that I was the victim because the girl hit me first, then her boyfriend put his hands on me. I now have to go to court, twice. One for the girl, becuase she is getting a public offender, and second for me, because I wish to pay for a lawyer. But I am in college with little money and I do not know how much lawyer fees will cost me. Can somebody please give me some enlightenment. How much will I end up spending for a lawyer to represent me in two trials.

There is controversy over this issue of some nationalistic-conservative Japanese historians whitewashing Japanese attrocities during WW2, such as the rape of Nanking,
comfort women, torture & execution of Allied POWs, and the use of chemical and biological warfare against civilians in China and Korea.

Now of course, opposition from China & the Koreas stem partly from nationalism and negative media coverage. However, some books have been whitewashed by a small group of conservatives in Japan.

"South Korea's President Kim Dae Jung, praised the widespread decision not to use the text, and a suprapartisan group of South Korean lawmakers who visited Tokyo on Thursday said the overwhelming rejection of the textbook ''represents the conscience of the Japanese public.''

The overwhelming majority of Japanese schools do NOT use the textbooks with conservative whitewashing cuz they know it's BS.

How should East Asian governments (Japan included) react to this controversial issue?

I have a couple questions actually. I am prior service, US Marine Corps, and was wondering if the CG took prior service members? Also, does it work like it did in the Corps that I have to go where they send me or do I get to choose what duty station I go to? I had both ground and technical jobs when i was in the Corps and was wondering if this would help or hurt my chances. Any and all advice is welcome as long as it relates to the subject at hand.

Foley has admitted that he's gay. (I wasn't surprised, he was feminine before this scandal.)

But anyway, it seems like he's trying to make "being gay" as an excuse for his actions. Does this mean he's trying to demonize gay people as molesters? Is he trying to give gay people a bad name? I bet you, most homosexuals out there does not appreciate Foley for saying that being gay is an excuse.

My freind is in the air force and he has been over their twice. When he came back the second time he told me that we couldn't win this war and that bush lied to the American people when he said we would be greeted as liberators and has been lieing on a constant basis since he took office. Why wasn't he impeached? This other guy who was in the Vietnam war, told me that he sees to many paralels for us to ever win the war in Iraq. So what are we fighting for? (We are letting history repeat its self) Don't tell me to make them free because they don't want freedom...and they don't want democracey!!! We should leave there becase its only adding to the hatred the rest of the world has for us and incouriging other people to become rebals to fight for their country and kill Americans. Hugo Chavez was right when he called bush the devil at the UN...

Im sick of hearing about foley. Im a republican, hang him, i will NOT support a child molester! Hang all of them. Send them to jail for life. Execution. I know liberals hate me saying that because if foley was in their party they would accept him. And wouldn't despise him one bit.
