You can, but but there are statues of limitations. Don't let that stop you tho!!!! Get your story out there. Make sure that everyoune knows what kind of monster the attacker is. I'm sure that contacting a lawyer, a preacher or your local police presinct will help. I' praying for you.

There is a seven year statute of limitations, but since many don't start remembering or acting out from this assault until their adulthood, I think lawyers can get around it with that fact.

No real proof? You would have to discuss that with a lawyer.

Sadly, without proof, it would be nearly impossible to win. It would be a "they said and the other one said" situation and chances are the perpetrator would deny it.

you can bring a suit, but with not solid proof, the alleged molester will not be convicted.
