Well you might be talking about Canada, but the most livable country in the world is Sweden, mostly for its healthcare. Canada's urban population is too spread out to be the best livable country. There isn't enough access to public transit as there are in many smaller countries where population densities aren't only to satisfy economic growth, but also societal happiness.

The UK has a greater diversity than any other but it's not the best in every aspect and it depends which aspects are important to you.
Only a fool who hadn't lived elsewhere could imagine that one country was best in every way.

Depends on what you mean by "best." If you are talking about economy, then it is the U.S. But if you talk about moral and ethics then they're one of the last ones along with Europe. If you talk about strong government then the U.S. may be one of the best. If you focus on culture... well then there are better countries. It depends on what you mean by best, again.
