DAR...Unfortunately, I have learned not to trust news reports, they tend to be biased. I only trust the Library of Congress, when it is posted there, then and only then will I believe your rant. Besides even in this article they say the costs are unknown, only estimated, so still you should wait to confirm your claims until they are proven true.

Thomas.gov apparently stopped updating the last business day of the session if you are right and they don't show Senate action. The Senate passed the bill (the one I am talking about) Friday night.

We should just put snakes and other dangerous animals in the tunnels. It would save money on prisons.
