I actually think more harm was done than good. If he was against the terrirosts in Iraq and Afghanistan, than why did he support Israel when it came to war with Lebanon. He should of been a good President and not take sides oh and not offer artinerary and our tax dollars either. That is my money that I have worked so hard to earn. I thought we were in Iraq to disarm them., so why are we offering them to Israel. Contradicting isnt it? Bring our troops back home. Their loving families need them. Their children are growing up with no fathers. Christmas is coming up and our families are near, but for our troops Christmas is far from home. For heaven sakes, there are no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. So get them out.

You would have to specify WHICH actions you require this explanation for.
Yes, I support Bush's action on taking the war on terror to the terrorists.
No, I do not support Bush's proposal to give amnesty to all the illegal immigrants CURRENTLY in this country.
No, I do not support pro life......
this list is endless if pros's AND con's
Generally speaking, yes I support Bush, given the choices we had in the last two elections, knowing what I know now, I would STILL vote for George W. Bush.

yes. i agree with the person who said bush is taking the fight to the terrorists. has he made mistakes? yes. but he is doing the best he can under very difficult circumstanses. have you idiots forgotten 9/11 already? oviously you have. george W. bush did NOT start this war you morons, the terrorists did, but we are going to finish it, regardless of what you short sighted, bleeding heart liberals think about it. it's going to be a long, tough war because our enemy lives like cockaroaches, hiding in caves. they target civilians, as they did on 9/11, because they know if they faced our military they would be crushed like the insects they are. they vow to kill anyone who does not worship as they do, all in the name of a false religion(islam). so yes, we are taking the fight to them in iraq and afganistan instead of sitting back and doing nothing, waiting for another cowardly terrorist attack. we had 8 years of the clinton administration doing nothing as they bombed the uss cole, the world trade center(in '93), and our embassies in africa. and what did those 8 years of doing nothing get us? they got us 9/11, that's what. and now you idiots want us to pull out of iraq and afganistan and leave the poor terrorist alone. this is going to be a long, hard, fight, but it MUST be fought! and in the end we will emerge victorious. and do you know why? because god is on our side, we are on the side of rightiousness.
and by the way, more people have been killed by gunfire in the last year in washington DC than american soldiers killed in iraq. that's a fact. so should we pull out of there, also?

Not entirely. I disagree with many of his decisions but as I disagreed with my parents as a child, I dealt with their decisions because they were the adults acting in my best interest. (although I did not believe that at the time) As I grew I used what I learned from their parenting to NOT REPEAT WHAT I BELIEVE WERE THEIR MISTAKES.
Although President Bush is making many unpoular decisions, I do understand that he is doing what he honestly believes is the best for our country. It's not a popularity contest, it's an administrative position and our leaders are always second guessed.
I shudder to think that people like some of the above posters will be helping to decide what direction our country will take in the future. Voters should have to take a test to see if they are even intelligent enough to vote.

Yes I do.. If pres. Bush can pull this one off (Iraq & Afgan.) he will go down in history as one of the best presidents. This terrorist deal and the whole middle east thing has been festering for a long time. 9/11 was the bursting point. We have got to get a handle on this. Remember these terrorists want to kill us.. all of us..

Wow that is the most general question in the world. I can't say that I agree with everything that he has done, but he is our president and I think that we should always have respect for whoever is in office. I support our troops going into Iraq; an evil force was in place, and it needed to be removed. I agree with his stands on abortion, as abortion is murder. This is a loaded question, one that has been asked way too much on here. I know I'll get negative responses, but that is my stance.

No, no, and finally, no! The only thing he has done is make us a more vulnerable country and gives our great comedians of this country some material.

No I think he enjoys going to war to much. Watch him when he speaks about Iraq he always has a big smirk ( smile ) on his face ) He scares me. I really think he will go to war with Iran before he gets out of office. I hope I am wrong.

No. Bush has destroyed our international reputation, placed soldiers in harm's way based on lies, spends tax payer dollars like a drunken sailor, and much more.
