He was most likely Gay.
I lived in DC for years it is common knowledge that the Pages are recruited from the Gay community.
The same goes for most politicians they are glutinous debauchers and perverts. It is a disgrace that America has this gaggle of unfettered sodomites running the show.

What? Are you suggesting he is to blame for this scandal? Foley was in a position of power and a 16 year old that works as a page seemed attractive to him, he should have known better and been more professional. It is not the fault of the minor.
