The person now has 2 felonys on their record and served about 1 year in jail. They are out now and I am wondering how long they are on probation for. He recently violated his no contact order and it was reported. Im wondering what will happen and if this is a violation of his probation

It will if we keep going the way we are going. I beleive america is in the bible. But the problem is i dont see america later on in scripture.I see america rising and becoming great;then i see another power greater than our`s just taking over.If we as a nation keep ripping out the 10 commandments allowing pediphiles roam our nation, let crime just have its way, keep aborting children, allowing homosexuals to just have it their way,and here is the greatest sin i think; UNBELEIF IN GOD. The school shootings in wisconsin is another example what happens when you take prayer and bibles out of the schools in the sixtees. The inner cities are like third world countries, the divorce rate is skyroketing, fathers are not taking on their leadership roles in their families and staying with their wives and are not paying child support, women are playing the harlot behind their husbands back and having affairs.I say this; when a foreign invader takes over and you become prisoner;don`t blame anyone.Submit

They both were charged with posession of drug paraphinalia AND marijuana, but she did not have the marijuana on her person, he did. How can this be?

This rule was just recently enforced by the management team. The employees considered this as an incentive or perk of the job. Now we are begining to feel as though this is in violation of our constitutional rights. Is this an issue worth joining hands to protest. Even on our days off we are strictly forbidden to have a drink.

"Yes, at last the Homeland Security Department, which runs the Border Patrol, has figured out what threatens our border: it’s not Mexicans or Central Americans crossing illegally to try to better their lots; it’s not terrorists bent on acts of destruction; no, it’s members of Congress sneaking down to the border to talk to Border Patrol agents without their supervisors present.

According to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman, the filing of Significant Incident Reports on congressional visits is necessary for agency leadership to have ‘‘appropriate situational awareness” – whatever that is.

One unnamed Tucson Border Patrol agent was suspended from his job for 10 days without pay for meeting with Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, and giving the congressman a tracking demonstration. His suspension letter said in part, ‘‘You did not have prior supervisory permission to perform these activities while in an on-duty status.”
