It depends on the nature of the court order.

Some you just go to the local sherrif and ask for enforcement, such as an order to surrender a piece of property or to stay away from another person, or to stop doing something.

Some you may have to petition the court to enforce, such as payments of alimony or restitution.

You might want to find a local legal aid office, or a third year law student if you have a law school nearby, they might be able to get you started with defining what your situation is more clearly.

Go in person to Office of County Clerk wherever the case was held and let them know about this. Request they tell the judge what is going on as well.
