I am watching the fantastic reality series THE FIRST 48 on A&E. The homicide detectives go to Liberty City in Miami and find a dead man laying on the threshhold of his own apartment. Why doesn't the crime scene automatically include the apt., especially since the front door is open and the victim is laying on that opening? If no one else lives at the apartment and no permission can be obtained from an apt. manager/owner to search the place, why can't the officers start gathering vital clues inside the home to help them find the killer? The more time that goes by, the less chance they have of solving the murder. Also, does anyone know roughly how long these search warrants can take to get? Are we talking 15 minutes or 15 hours? Lastly, does each state differ on this search warrant issue or is it a federal matter? Thank you.

Why can they not make up their own wording that does not conflict with United States Marriage laws, and have their own lifestyles run between themselves?
Why fight to overturn something that may never be allowed?
Why not think outside the box( no pun intended), and work on new legislation for new laws that do not conflict with existing ones?
Do they not know that if they continue on the course they are on now, soon it will be a law that being gay will be ILLEGAL?

Bush says that feeds the terrorist propaganda and America is more safe.

There is an attack on "coiltition forces ever 15 miutes in Iraq" CNN reports seemingly reluctantly

America's armed forces have delivered 2,000 tons of Depleted Uranium (DU)

America says it is not harmful other say it is directly responsible for massively distorting birth defects

The UN says DU is a chemical weapon the US says it is not .

So is America safer now that the US invaded Iraq or not?

senate back this year.....whether your a bush basher, a "neocon hater, a left winger hater or just a liberal basher, you have to admit it will be a close race, the mudslinging campaigning is going on...I for one of many am throwing my vote away, let it drift down the sewer, thats what either party is doing to our country, they are so busy screaming and blaming each other they forgot about the people....ones racist yet both parties have racists among them, one is greedy (well no, that they all are), most people plan for tomorrow not a year from now, so people that will vote, will vote for what they see today, better economy, lower gas prices, better job market......back to the secure feeling because thats what the media wants you to believe, all agendas for the election but people dont care they just see its better for there pocket today....with either administration it will lead to further disaster until there is consistency within the parties and they all learn to get along,

The City I live in is not helping the people who live here and it's the law that the have to assist us with relocation for the displacement for redevelopment and closure of our rental. It's the law, how do I get them to start following the law, they are not above it, Ca Code Gov 7260-7277
