I like his "straight talk", he usually doesn't vote party line, he votes with his heart and mind. I am very disappointed that he continues to support the Iraq war It truly is an unfortunate, protracted battle.

he was offered to him? What exactly did Clinton do to protect America and our interests after we were attacked time after time? Maybe some of you Bush haters, who scream about torture and the war and the poor little terrorists rights could answer this.

I applied for child support through the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) at the beginning of July. I haven't heard anything about it...and they won't give me any information when I call.

Does anyone know what could be taking so long? Is there a way to speed up the process? Would I be better off trying to take the father to court than going through DCSE?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much!!

"A local group fighting for immigrant rights is calling for a boycott of two nationally known companies. Dunkin Donuts and Applebee's are accused of discriminating against immigrant workers whose names don't match their social security numbers.

On the 10th anniversary of what immigration reform advocates call stringent changes to immigration laws, supports of the legalization of the undocumented are once again speaking out -- only this time, they are hoping not only to mobilize their vote, but also use their buying power to force the kind of change they want.

"The social security administration says it plans to send out 8 million no match letters," said Martino Unzuerta, Chicago Workers Collaborative.

Groups accuse several companies of the practice using 'no match' letters to immigrant workers who don't have valid social security numbers. They want the public to boycott businesses, including Applebee's and Dunkin Donuts. Neither company could be reached for comment. "

My brother is graduating from Basic in November. Is it customary to dress-up or go casual to an Army graduation? I just needed to know so I won't go in jeans when it is expected that you wear something dressy. Thanks

I'm 21female in the air force. We got married before my basic so he could come with me after. He's a civilian. He gets stressed with my schedule. Sometimes I work swing shift which is from 3pm- 1am (usually) so I hardly see him sometimes.

Do marriages that start before the military usually last? My flisht chiefs (master sgt and above kept telling me not to complain about scheduling when i first got to my base because marriges dont last) I've been in for 16 months. I'm going on my first deployment in a few months.

To stay or go? Its the same question that America faced in Vietnam. Eventually they chose to go, but the cost of staying that long was enormous. I am really keen to hear peoples views on this because this is surely a decision that MUST be taken within the next 6-12 months. I cannot see the American public living with a rising death toll of its own soldiers, never mind the huge financial cost. And leaving moderate I raquis to live under another dictatorial state, would that be fair?

But, on the other hand, what is the cost of handing the terriroists a victory, for that is undoubtedly what they will claim. It will embolden them to do the same in other areas and will probably encourage them to attack American and other Western interests.

Hoo boy! What a mess. Any solutions out there?....anybody???

Again the Indian police in Mumbai have exposed that Pakistan ISI is behind the explosions in train that happened last month. Pakistan denies it.
Pakistan will continue to deny its role for all the terrorist activities that are made by it.
Pakistan prez is merry selling his pet book for public, so that all the booty that comes from it can be used by him to settle in US, in case in future pakistan govt. throws him out.
He is good sales person.......making useless claims that US has made claims to bomb pakistan during 9/11.........so that his sales go up in teh air and make a large booty.

I want to organize a care package delivery to soldiers. I need to know of sites with addresses to send the care packages to. My youth leader said there are websites with addresses that soldiers have placed there to be sent care packages. I tried googling it and only got sites for romantic correspondence with soldiers, which I am not interested in. Any help you could give me would be welcome. Thanks.

Thank you Andy for your answers to Shays questions and also for pointing out that we may need legal counsel but do not want to seem totally ignorant when we have a short consultation.

I have been doing some self help research on this type of case and have not come up with any solid answers to my questions.
My x-husband owes me $60,000.00 in back child support, he had 40 percent ownership of 3 houses left to him by his grandmother. He had an active lien on him and still does. However he quitclaimed the property over to his father to a family trust. The father turned around and sold the houses. I just learned this and it has been one year. The liens have been in place well before any quit claim deed was signed.

His father knew of the liens. I am trying to do any research I can to see if I even have a case before consulting an attorney.

If anyone has any information on this subject I would be grateful.

Thank you

Get over it, there are people on both sides that post the most ridiculous questions on this site. I do it sometimes too, I admit it. But there are all in jest, most anyway. Then you go to answer a serious question, and it turns into a political battle. I love this place, this is the most fun I've had on the Internet. Thank you to all lib, dem, repub, libertarian, indp, green, whatever floats your boat!

I love dees cuntthree!

PS I want to set the record for thumbs down so everybody join in!
