The Weimar Republic was Germany's first attempt at Democratic style of governing following the end of WWI and the Kaiser's exile.
The Reichstag was the seat of government and was/is located in Berlin.
I was last in the Reichstag in 1985 and at that time it was a museum to the German People. I'm not sure how it is being used since the re-unification.

Your question doesn't make sense the way you have phrased it. The Weimar Republic is the name given to the German republic established after WWI and continuing until the rise of National Socialism which occurred for a variety of reasons, but primarily as a reaction to the tremendous economic upheaval in Germany during the Great Depression. The Reichstag is the name given to the German parliament. You may be referring instead to the "Third Reich" which is how the Nazis referred to their government under Hitler's dictatorship. "Reich" is a German word which means "realm" or "empire." The Wiemar Republic existed during the period between the second and third German Reichs.

The Reichstag is both the German Parliament and the Building it met in in Berlin.
The Weimar Republic lasted from after WWI until the Nazis gained control of the Reichstag and got Hitler named Chancellor(1933?). The Reichstag building burned down and Hilter used it as an excuse to purge communists and leftists from any positions in the German government. Everyone else quickly fell in line.

Reichstag = German Congress and also the building where they meet (the building is still called that today, but the congress is now the Bundestag).
Weimar Republic = failed government imposed on Germany after WW I. The Weimar constitution was signed at Weimar, Germany, hence the name. Weaknesses of the Weimar system made it easy for Hitler to take power and get rid of it.

The Reichstag was the German legislature, under the Empire, and continuing under the Republic and the Third Reich.
The Weimar Republic was the particular successor government established after the abdication of Kaiser Wilhelm II and the overthrow of the Empire at the end of WWI. It was ended by Hitler's constitutional coup d'etat of 1933, after he had been elected to head the government of the Republic.
