Pero...according to Clinton the CIA refused, he backs this up by citing the book written by Dick Clark. Please give me a break! Face it he treated terrorist attacks as law enforcement issues. He didn't have a clue what to do. Great President!

Clinton was busy with Lewinsky during his presidency that he forgot about responding to the plans of Bin Laden. 9/11 could not have been staged by the terrorists.

You obviously dont know the facts.
Clinton aggressively pursued Bin Laden following the first attack on the WTC. He acted on intelligence and launched a cruise missile attack against Afghan terrorist training camps and also the known location of Bin Laden. Bin Ladin, however, was tipped off about the attack just prior to it and successfully fled the compound minutes before the cruise missiles landed.
The Republican's however, were attacking Clinton on every front (remember the conspiracy? Everyone else does). They said that Clinton's attack against Bin Laden was "wagging the dog" and said that Clinton only attacked because he was trying to detract people from the scandal with Lewinsky. Because of all of this Republican pressure, Clinton was unable to continue his attacks against Bin Laden. In effect, the GOP, by criticizing Clinton for attacking Bin Laden, was directly responsible for 9/11.

Honestly i don't know. If Bill Clinton had the chance to and didn't then is he a fool or not? Because it would of made us, the USA, in more crap then we were already in. All i know is i believe Bush can do it. Go BUSH!

How do you know they are terrorists? Have they had a trial? Have they been proved terrorists beyond a reasonible doubt? Or is it just simply enough for the government to LABEL one a terrorist to remove all of their rights?
So I'll let you satisfy your little torture fetish once they have gotten a trial.

Typical right-wing rhetoric. What did Clinton do? He tried to have Bin Laden killed! What did Bush do? The military had Bin Laden cornered in Tora Bora, but Bush opened up the back door for him to escape so we could go to Iraq!

sure, where do you get your information, ABC mini-movies? look at the facts, there are legitamite reasons why clinton couldnt get to bin Laden, bush has been "trying" for years and he hasnt touched him because he was obsessed with iraq from the beginning. answer this, who pulled off 9/11? once you answer that, why are then going after iraq and afghanistan is all but forgotten in the hearts and minds of americans?
