Why does the Army have it that you enlist as 11B..And now even 11X..Where you have no say..You could end up a rifle man anywhere to a mortarman..But the Marines have it to wear you can sign up for specific MOS's?(Rifleman,MachineGunner, Assaultman..Ect..)

I'm talking about the able bodied who just refuse to work. And I'm not talking about the people who do work but still need some assistance, or the truly disabled. I realize it's hard to make ends meet making minimum wage. I'm talking about those who won't work but instead mooch off the government and get every handout available. There's millions of these sponges out there. They get a check every month, free medical treatment, a housing allowance, food stamps and more. And they're having children with the same mentality, and expect the government to pay for as many as they want to have. The sky's the limit. When's the politicians going to have the gonads to stop this? I work in an emergency room and we see them by the hundreds. No job. On Medicaid. Trying to get on disability (usually for some BS reason). l've always said we need a representative of the Labor Dept. there handing out jobs along with the free medical care. When's this gonna stop?

I understand the whole my people were salves and all the crap that happened from the results. But White people were not the first ones to sale blacks as slaves your own people happen to have been envolved in that as well. If it were not for a white president you might still be slaves today.....Martin luther King would not have been able to make his steps at creating a better world for you. Black people were not the only ones who were slaves. People of all races have been slaves. Now please dont take this as I am a racist white person as that is the farthest thing from what I am doing here. Basically, I have an $1800 car repair bill. Initially, the guy said he would be willing to take payments....now he is saying he needs the whole amount right away, and on top of that if I don't pay the whole amount he will start charging storage fees. I never signed any papers at all, this was kind of an informal deal, if I just take my other key and go get my car is that legal?

The red states if you will are some of the very poorest, and yet these states are where Bush and Cheney had their best margins in 04 ...that recruiting for the military get's it's best numbers 40% (of inlisted..pentagon figures ) as opposed to about 14% from major Cities .

Ok, I consider chatting online with girls is cheating. How common is it for deployed husbands, or wives in the military to cheat this way? Why? How do I trust him for the rest of his deploymnet which is about 10 more months, so yeah, he started right away pretty much. He says he is so sorry and begs me not to leave him. I know many people who complain to me about taxes being too high, how there aren't enough police in their communties or that their neighborhood schools suck, when I ask what proposition they voted for in the last election or who they voted for I get the same answer: "I don't vote, cause it don't make a difference."
