it seems to me like the media gives Clinton's opinions more weight than the current president's.

The 22nd Amendment is often described as prohibiting an already twice-elected president, such as Clinton, from again serving as president. But the text of the amendment suggests otherwise. In preventing individuals from being elected to the presidency more than twice, the amendment does not preclude a former president from again assuming the presidency by means other than election, including succession from the vice presidency. If this view is correct, then Clinton is not "constitutionally ineligible to the office of president," and is not barred by the 12th Amendment from being elected vice president.

It seems that, given today's problems with terrorism, things were a lot safer when the "Evil Empire" was around. The only thing we had to worry about was a major nuclear conflict and superpower proxy wars, not some guys blowing themselves up on trains and planes. Do you miss the old days? Also, do you think that James Bond movies were better when the Soviets were around? Should we attempt to get the Russians back into the game like in the movie Canadian Bacon?

I hope this allows a least a few people to see what things look like from the outside looking in and vice versa. The bottomline is that America is so unpopular because of this administration interventionalist policies, while America is pissed off at the world for not supporting us on our endeavors.

But I would like to here it from you the people whether American, European, Asian, Africa, South American, or Austrailian,

1) how do you feel about the state of the world
2) What do you feel that the United States should do now
3) If you were the head of state of your country what would you do to try to fix things.
4) Your opinion on Islam and George Bush

Please share what country your from just so we can get an ideal on why you my feel the way you feel.

This is not an anti american rant. I am simply curious.

Instead of dividing into groups, I think the topic could be more beneficial in a debate like atmosphere. It is on binge drinking. There is a total of 13-15 students, I already have the questions; I have never run or set a debate up. Any ideas?

The local government is earning outrageous money off of property tax and industrial development in a city that used to be nothing but dairy farms, but we still have a lack of school funds (wonder why). The city's population has tripled in the last two decades, but there is a lack of new schools and some classes contain as much as 38 students. I'm a Freshman in high school and I'm already seeing problems with over population in schools. What's more, our teachers just got their first cost of living raise in the last three years, and they still earn 10,000 dolllars less than teachers in Orange County. So there you have it. What should I do?

Clinton says he was after Bin Laden since before the Somalia fiasco. He says he tried his hardest to kill Bin Laden. Why are there so many people saying he didn't try. Why didn't the Republicans go after what really mattered in the 90's? Like the war on terror(before it was named that) and killing Bin Laden instead of going after Clinton for lying under oath. surely they understood the threat to America was not Clinton's morals but Bin Laden's?

-such as Clinton has ? The man can not handle the truth ( as is abundltly clear in the Chris Wallace interview ). How can anyone expect him to know fact from fiction ? Did he or did he not refuse to take Osama bin laden off the hands of the Sudanese , who were trying to unload him on Clinton ? How is that even remotely close to being the closest to killing bin laden-such as Slick Willy claims ???

I hate how there is a "right-wing conservative" side and a "left-wing liberal" side to every issue. But what I hate more is that there are these sides to military issues. And intelligence issues, issues regarding specific ideas on intelligence reports. How can we know who read what report, what they thought of it, why the Bush administration did so little to stop Al-Quaeda in the 9 months they had time to do things(minus the time they had to spend replacing the "w"'s on the computer keyboards throughout the white house when they moved in).

Then Bush invaded Iraq. Then they picked this ridiculous design for the new WTC only for it to be picked up by the same company that is also building the tallest building in the World in the Middle East as a vacation resort because they are running out of oil within the next 25 years. Not only that there is a competitive building plan over 3000ft that is supposed to go up in Kuwait! It seems to me some of the rich islamic powers that be wanted Bush to invade the Middle East to Westernize it so they can stay rich after the oil is gone! They are turning Dubai into like a Super Sin City and I just feel like there is way more going on here than meets the eye.

My friend is a citizen of Britian and of Canada. He has been fingerprinted and photographed twice by U.S. Customs in Ontario, and he has sent them two letters. He was told he would receive clearance/permission to come to the U.S. to visit his friends within six weeks, and that was over six months ago. Does anyone know what he can do to expedite this process?

Thank you for your help.

You'll see the theory batted around on Yahoo! Answers, the rest of the Internet, and also offline when you engage conversation with real people about 9/11: The Bush Administration staged the the horrific events of 9/11. Apparently 36% of America believes there is some merit to this idea. The conspiracy ideas abound: Explosives were planted in the WTC, a missile hit the Pentagon, a missile shot down Flight 93, and dozens of other ideas. The whole idea that President Bush did all of this deliberately actually seems to be gaining momentum. It's not just for the tinfoil hat crowd.

For the record, I DON'T believe that President Bush brought about 9/11. A group of OBL-led Al Qaeda terrorists trained in Afghanistan terrorist camps did it, and even THEY didn't know the WTC Towers would collapse.

So why is there this persistent and growing movement in the idea that Bush caused 9/11?

Note: If you're going to rant about the "librul media" or Clinton please don't bother posting.
