You are asked to show your drivers license to cash a check, get on a airplane, buy a car/home, etc. Showing a ID to prove who you are will keep 1) the dead from voting, 2) prevent people from voting twice, and 3) prevent people who are inelligible from voting (illegal immigrants, criminals, etc.). If the state provides the id at no charge, what is the issue with this?

A Georgia state judge ruled today that a new state law requiring voters to show photo ID is a violation of the state constitution. Are democrats afraid that if we have to show an id, they would lose every election because a lot of dead people are voting for them?

Do the democrats really think that freedom can be 'forced' upon people? Do they not think that everyone want's to be able to make their own decisions?

I help to operate a food pantry where we give food to people suffering from AIDS & HIV. We also give U.S.D.A. food out and of course U.S.D.A staples are available tro anyone that asks for them with a declaration that they fall into the Government income guidelines.
I attend bi-annual meetings at a food bank where we get our U.S.D.A. staples, and at one of the meetings we were informed that because of the Nation's crack-epidemic of the last 15 years, many of the babies were taken out of their mother's homes and placed in foster care where they were neglected and left to wander the streets. We were told that in most major cities there are thousands of young children that have fallen through the system and live on the streets. We were told that if a 6 year old comes in asking for food to give it to him or her. Considering this fact, I would like to know if anyone has accurate numbers of how many starving children live in the United States of America today?

Osama would've LOVED to overthrow Iraq and turn it into a haven for Al Qaeda, but he didn't have the power - George did it FOR him,
well,
given incompetence of course, who could imagine it would've been intentional, unless another hidden agenda lay behind the surface- Saddam was planning to kill any of these fundamentalist extremists, they were not welcome in Saddam's Iraq- in turn the extremists hated that Iraq was a secular state- so looky looky- IT IS NO LONGER S SECULAR STATE- THEY VOTED FOR AN ISLAMIC NATIONALIST STATE AND THEY GOT IT!
congratulations to the extremists, thank you George!

this isn't even new - but the fact remains

of course Saddam was no angel- but how Americans did he kill? uuuh... zero? George....3000- ... hello? ain't that great? since when did the righties get so concerned about Saddam killin' his own guys over there... listen to how that sounds... WAKE UP!

This is not a question about free speech or expression. Madonna has the right to do this and so does NBC.

I also know that Madonna is a media whore that will do anything for attention.

What I want you to respond to is if you will be offended.

NBC news would not air the cartoon image of Mohammed a few months ago, stating that they did not want to show disrespect to anyones religion. Why would NBC air this then?

It's all about ratings. Also, would you boycott NBC for this?
