Well, I'm certainly NOT a licensed psychologist... and psychology 101 in college is 20 years in my past, but...
Looking at the Q&A I've seen in the last week... I think we run the gamit from balanced to unbalanced. Delusions, Paranoia, Dementia... it's all here in Yahoo Answers
I Truly enjoy answering legitimate questions, guiding folks to answers and information. AND I enjoy reading some of the ignorant rants and conspiracy theories.
I'm saddened by the seeming ingorance of some with regard to spelling, grammar, basic history, and by those who seek to complete their homework here.

It's Yahoo's way of keeping you here and building up web site hits so they can make more money from advertising.
The fact that it is entertainment for many is secondary. But that's the hook to keep you on this site.

To find unbiased answers for questions we might have. To share life experience in hopes someone else can learn from them. And of course, to kill time at work.

Most of us just want to get the Average Joe's opinion. Then some of us (you know who you are) get all ticked off and offended when we give you an answer to your question. For those of you, don't ask such dumb *** questions and you won't get such sarcastic answers. I am in cahoots with someone on here now because she didn't like my answer to her question. Oh well. WTF ever.
