given incompetence of course, who could imagine it would've been intentional, unless another hidden agenda lay behind the surface- Saddam was planning to kill any of these fundamentalist extremists, they were not welcome in Saddam's Iraq- in turn the extremists hated that Iraq was a secular state- so looky looky- IT IS NO LONGER S SECULAR STATE- THEY VOTED FOR AN ISLAMIC NATIONALIST STATE AND THEY GOT IT!

Through documentation and testimony, it has been proven that Saddam had been supporting terrorists, even al Qaeda, since 1991. Evidence says he had 4 terrorist training camps that trained around 8,000 foreign terrorists.

Not sure which orifice you are pulling your 'facts' from...
