b/c the last government ( thaksin)was so corrupted and he's happen to be the highest ranking officer in the country, well loved by most people, it's really does not matter if he's muslim or christian, Thailand is open country to all

The fact that he is Muslim is irrelevant. Most of the military is not so you have no basis to suggest this is some sort of jihad coup.
