Is there a particular country you have in mind?
Do you really think this effort will be worth 2 points?
The gyst of the whole thing is letting someone you
don't really know try and bargain away all your
cares and concerns, then bitching about how
the guy you sent to do that job fouled it up so badly.
Then there is this one group that offers you the
moon, and the other group that asks who is
going to pay for all that stuff? So you wind up with
two or more political groups and all of them want to
sit in the cat bird seat.
Avoid politics and you eliminate the need for Bayer
