This question is partially out of boredom and out of curiousity. If left wing filmmaker Michael Moore and right wing radio host Michael Savage were stranded on a deserted island, who would survive?

Personally, I'd think it would be a draw as both of them seem so out of touch with reality....and this is coming from a moderate, independent-thinking conservative.

You think the president is the Anti-Christ

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=co1_9lR9EpM&eurl=

America does rule the world. Look there are US Embasseis all over the world. Not to mention they are part of the UN.

Now people are worshipping him.

I don't think the prophetcies are what they were told because if the Anti-Christ knew what we would expect we would stop him immendaitly so he could be changing his plans for the new world order.

I notice fear works well with getting people to worship whatever so Bush could be the Anti-Christ and he could use Fear, and lies to turn us against God and worship him.

This sounds like a good theory.

Given the choice would you rather have a democratically elected government exactly as we have at the moment, or would rather have a idol of some kind as the single governing entity. I.e. for those of a religious persuasion, image the earthly vessel of the religious being your ‘dictator’. I.e. Jesus or Mohammad etc? For those without the religious perspective, someone like John Lennon, Stephen Hawking or whoever you look up to or aspire to be.

With a democracy you have 100’s and 1000’s of points of failure; with a dictatorship you only have one. Is one good person in control better than what we currently have?

3 levels of development

There were not always three levels of economic development. At one time it was divided into the Eastern bloc and the Western bloc. After World War II, people started using the terms "First World" and "Second World", but with so many gray areas another designation was needed. In the 1950's the specification of "Third World" was added. Even now, with so many countries that lie somewhere in the middle, these are the three levels still in use.

After all, he took out that far right wing conservative Saddam Hussein and his Republican Guard so that Iraq could have a good, decent, honest liberal Democratic party like the USA has.

My father passed away and he said in his will that I give my office to my son. He had a joint tennancy with other occupants. There were 5 offices and 5 tennants. To complicate matters my father was encorporated so the office technically belonged to the corporation. The estate attorney is telling me that because he was encorporated he cannot give the office in the will. That doesnt make any sense to me. Can some one please help me or point me in the right direction. I spoke with a attorney who charged me close to a thousand dollars to do some research and he basically told me that he thinks I have a case. But he wants to charge me per hour basis. I can't afford that. any help is appreciated. Thanks.

PHOENIX — A judge has ordered Western Union to provide Arizona authorities with data on wire transactions to recipients in the Mexican state of Sonora as part of investigations into drug and human smuggling.

Western Union had refused to honor a subpoena for the data, Goddard's office said.

Western Union last month reached a $3 million settlement with the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions on allegations that some of the company's outlets in Arizona failed to comply with state reporting laws intended to help combat money laundering and illegal immigration.

Because of concerns about illegal immigration and other smuggling activities, Arizona officials in recent years have stepped up their scrutiny of financial institutions.

We are in a mental civil war. The Blue and the Grey. Or rather the Blue and the Red. How can either side swear blind allegiance to a political party when neither can no longer represent us as a nation?
Why is independent such a bad word when it comes to politics but not when it comes to an individual's thinking?
What good does 'my party vs. your party' do when nothing is done for EVERYONE?
