( For those who have ill will towards USA, please do not bother to spit wicked words... Not interested )

I was reading the article below, made me wonder how americans are dealing with it...

" The president's measure would go further than the Senate package in allowing classified evidence to be withheld from defendants in terror trials, using coerced testimony and protecting U.S. interrogators against legal prosecution for using methods that violate the Geneva Conventions." - Yahoo! news sept 15th 2006

1. Why is it ok for Bush to use torture methods, but when other nations do that, its a huge issue of Human Rights Violation

My main question is How are Americans dealing with it? Do you all agree or disagree.

they tried to impeach Clinton for getting a ******** why isnt anyone saying anything about this?
Another bill Bush is pushing would give legal status to the administration's warrantless wiretapping program. It was approved on a party-line vote by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, but is stalled in the House amid opposition from Democrats and some Republicans concerned that the program violates civil liberties.

I think if you voted him in twice then it was no accident you wanted him in power. Maybe you are scared that democrats will not protect the country or have the military balls like a republican.

Do you think, based solely on political merit that Hilary Clinton would be good for our country? Is the country ready for a women president? If "yes", who could do a better job than Mrs. Clinton.

I filed for divorce and the court date is on September 25. and I put on the papers that I want sole custody and he will have open visitation rights since he's never been there for his daughter. I'm doing the divorce by myself without a lawyer(Pro-Se) and a sheriff already took him the summons of divorce and I went through all the steps. He already told his dad he's not going to appear in court that day and he lives in Puerto Rico and I live in New Jersey. We were married on June 2002 and he left on August 2002 with another woman and if I don't call for him to speak with our daughter, he doesn't. So what do you think? I'm really nervous

I see there is a coupon for an item in a chain store. The big letter says this item is for 5.00 bucks. ( NO word "off" ).
Then the fine print say cashier will less 5.00. ( No word "off")
The item is $30 at regular price.
Is there a case for false advertisement ?
Must the vendor honor the 5 bucks for the item. Or they can get away for the confusion ?

Won't that just cause people to get here by plane or car or ship? And over-stay their tourist visas like about half of illegal immigrants already do now? And then they will never be able to leave since they won't have valid papers.

Well, heres the proof.

TITLE 50 > CHAPTER 32 > § 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents.

(a) Prohibited activities
(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or
(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(this sounds about right, but then theres this)

(b) Exceptions: Subject to subsections the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

SO THERE IT IS. A police officer has the legal authority to pull you over and kill you with a bilogical weapon. Or if you are a striking teacher or a civil rights marcher they can KILL YOU WITH A BIOLOGICAL OR CHEMICAL WEAPON LEGALY.

BBC news:
US government's report about iran nuclear projects branded dishonest
The UN nuclear watchdog has protested to the US government over a report on Iran's nuclear programme, calling it "erroneous" and "misleading". In a leaked letter, the IAEA said a congressional report contained serious distortions of the agency's own findings on Iran's nuclear activity.

The IAEA also took "strong exception" to claims made over the removal of a senior safeguards inspector.
