A Princeton University computer science professor added new fuel Wednesday to claims that electronic voting machines used across much of the country are vulnerable to hacking that could alter vote totals or disable machines.
You do know this professor is a liberal democrat.

I'm Shiraz:
You're an idiot. Republicans and Democrats both are fighting the war, and they're not over there randomly killing innocent women and children. And, they're not over there killing so they can have sex without consequences.
To answer the question:
Why would you think they are Republicans? Let's review: The article is about students who demonstrated the ease with which it could be done, and then PUBLISHED the results in order to bring public attention to the problem. Come to think of it, they probably are Republicans. Democrats would've only distributed the technique to people looking to steal votes.

Kind of an a priori question isn't it? Especially given how Democrats seem to specialize in electoral fraud. The 1960 election was won by Kennedy because tens of thousands of dead people voted for him in Illinois. Heck, during the 2000 election, Milwaukee TV stations filmed Democratic ward heels giving bums $10 bills to vote outside of key polling stations. Oh, and let's not forget Lyndon Johnson's theft of his 1948 senate race.
So let's abandon the shrill rhetoric, shall we?

Seems to me it would be more beneficial than dragging out dead voters, as was done recently in Washington state. The dems were losing the election so they had a 3rd vote count and lo and behold, many dead, many not eligilble.... getting the picture? Who knows how many other states have that same operation... like Illinois.. had quite a fiasco a few years ago... probably before you were born.. but is a consistant practice of the democrats..

Do you honestly in your heart believe that if there was a way to hack into these systems that any democrat would allow this technology to be rolled out? Let's be a little sensible here okay?

Sounds like something a Democrat would do. I wonder if Democrats will switch to this method from slashing tires.
