Politics & Government - 14 September 2006

Im 22, i have a Mechanical Engineering degree with high math skills, i have an auto Mechanics degree , as you can see i can speak english , i also speak some german das is gut. and of course spanish , i have also earned some awards in national competitions in Biology , Chemestry and physics .I have been to the US a couple of times and loved it. Im not married thank god!
Im not trying to be concited or egocentric, just give as much details as i can.

So do i get some special treatment in inmigration issues because of my resume or do i have to apply and wait the usuall 15 years to get a green card like everybody else ?
Is there any way to get there legally faster?

I am being forced to hire an attorney in newjersey, for a trial and I cannot pay anyone, The cops hung me by the handcuffs and disabled me and havent been able to work! I had a public defender but the judge releaved him cause I was living with a girl in Florida,and attempted to go back to work,but lost that job in only 3 weeks

On NBC News they showed a clip of a predator plane spying on a Al Qaida funeral with about 100 terrorists attending. Apparently the military chose not to bomb the funeral (rules of engagement), so as not to upset the terrorists. Would you have pulled the trigger?

the republicans passed a law twice in just two days to make the big wall between US and MEX but apparently they already wasted all the money there was ( YOUR MONEY , MY MONEY , EVERYONE'S MONEY ) .

where do they plan to get this money from ???

the senate's bill apparently is also costly but will be reinbulsed by the same immigrants while the republican's plan doesn't even have funds to be put into effect . the republican's plan is obviously a political joke .

again where do they plan to get this not reinbursable money from ???

America already owns way too much money to CHINA .

Legalizing Marijuana?
I am writing a Persuasive Paper for my oral comm. class in college and my paper is on "Legalizing Marijuana" and i was wondering what you people thought about it. Do you all think marijuana should be legal or not? If you think it should be legal then give me a reason why you think that and if you know any books or websites i can get information from then let me know. Thanks guys!

Additional Details
Marijunana is not anymore addicting than ciggs or beer, in fact it is better and safer for you. It makes you calm and if you have noticed that it hasn't killed anyone like ciggs or beer and no one has murdered anyone while driving! But that is my opinion!

I recieved the letter today (9/14) with a court date set for 9/15 at 8:45 am. What happens if I do not show up? Will a call to the court tomorrow suffice??

Also, this is in regards to a lawsuit from a vendor against myself/business (a business I no longer have). Can my wages and/or accts be garnished??

I was wondering what makes Ruth Kelly so suitable for the position of Minister for Equality? The position includes dominance over gay rights. She's a hardcare Catholic (possibly a member of Opus Dei - her brother definitely is) and she has abstained from voting on gay rights issues during her career. She once voted against a bill to allow gay couples to adopt too.

OBVISOULY SHE'S IN THE WRONG POSITION! Would you agree that she only has this position because Blair had to move her because everybody hated her education policies?
