I would not count on this, unless you have an unused favor that congress or jeb bush owes you. It is even hard in this state to get a misdemeanor exponged or sealed because of all the illegal aliens in the state. What you need to do is either talk to one of the local cops that work in the county that the charge was filed or you need to speak to a lawyer maybe he can strike up a deal with the State Attorney's Office, but good luck with that.

That's going to be next to impossible. Even if the record is sealed or expunged, it's never really gone. It's still there available to certain agencies to review.

Also congress can not pardon you, and the State Attorney's Office can not seal a felony record.

An expungement is a judicial act that must be performed by a judge, but you're probably not going to have much luck getting a felony taken care of.

I thnk it may purely be exponged if he grew to become into later stumbled on harmless. he's likewise purely merely now 7 years from having "served his debt to society". he would be waiting to get his balloting rights lower back faster or later, i'm undecided he will ever be waiting to do away with a violent crime like armed theft from his checklist until eventually he grew to become right into a minor on the time. all human beings is held to blame for violent crimes and those related to handguns lots longer than different crimes. in view that his crime grew to become into not emotional, he would desire to theoretically %. up a gun any day of the week and rob somebody lower back so a processes as society is in touch. as long as he chooses to not try this, employers will finally place much less emphasis on that area of his history. he's 7 years interior the sparkling of it - yet whilst he did it as an person, he crossed a line that society is quite reluctant to forgive. there is not thank you to coach that one would not repeat an act, as quickly as you have finished the act as an person.
