If so, that's crazy. When I bought my house, I had to jump through so many hoops just to get my mtg. and I'm an American so I don't see how anyone who is undocumented can get a mtg. in this country but then again this world is getting crazier by the minute.

I heard about a program that was intended to help out soldiers who didn't have a lot of family or anyone to send them care packages, sort of an "Adopt-A-Soldier" program. Does anyone know of one?

At some point their "thoughts" start to "deepen" and their social consciousness gets big and full and they start wanting to go around sticking it into everything that looks like it needs a good f*cking over.

At what age does this occur?

if all the anti-bush people hate bush and america why dont you do everyone a favor and leave. no one cares about you. no one wants to hear what you have to say. we're sick of the liberals feeling sorry for themselves that kerry didnt win and bush did. bush won. he got more votes. he isnt going anywhere for a while. i think america would be a better place without liberals and democrats. and yes i know you're gonna say whatever you can to hide the fact you know im right.

Both elevators in my apartment building have not been inspected since 2001. They make horrible noises and i really would rather NOT die in an elevator accident. Does anyone know who i can directly report to since the landlord does not care??

It is the official report in detail of what actually happened. Do not just jump on this bandwagon about a cover up until you do. This is serious business you are all getting in and you all owe it to the people who died that day and our soldiers that have and are dying to get the whole story before making such accusations. I have read the entire report and I tell you it is detailed and accurate.

In America if someone molests a little girl it is always anglo man. If you put all blacks, mexican, asians together and all white separate only white men molest kids 10:1..why? In France you never see such a thing, are america whites perverted because they left England and have no more culture?

I don't mean just the current administration. Since WW2 we have been moving more towards a corporate government. The people allow it as long as they get to have their toys. The price of gas is allowed to rise until the economy starts to suffer. Drug companies are allowed to sell faulty products. Wal-Mart can hire people with no health insurance so they go on Medicaid and we all pay for it.

He started off today by apologising on behalf of the Labour Party. Whilst he is indeed the leader of the Labour Party he hasn't exactly entered into detailed dialogue with ordinary party members about his proposed departure at some point before the next General Election so should he have decided to take it upon himself to apologise on behalf of ordinary members of the party? I'm interested in knowing people's GENUINE views on this point - not what you think of Blair as PM, or whether you think he should stay or go.

Do you see it as an apology for party members' individual actions, or an attempt to take responsibility for the party airing its dirty laundry so publicly?

To really analize the events and propose that the goverment may have be involved. We don't know until what point of implication.
I think those families deserve to know why their love ones got killed, so suddenly, so coldly, like if they were spare change. Why there was minimal military response to such a violent attack. How on earth they let a supposely commercial airplane reach so easily the Pentagon (most secure building on earth). Why? Why is so obvious that now, 5 years later, usa looks profiting greatly from the somehow peculiarly fast reaction to terrorism.
Is it disrespectful to show that we care, and we need to know the truth? Or would you rather keep quiet and continue living your confortably numb american style of life...

any time i've mentioned it (it seems pretty important), people have pulled out the old "conspiracy nut" card. when did things that came out in congress and subsequently DECLASSIFIED turn into "theories"?

isn't this something we, as americans should be a little bit concerned about?

This is a active duty Marine General who thins the presidents plan to rigged trials is a bad idea.
"I'm not aware of any situation in the world where there is a system of jurisprudence that is recognized by civilized people where an individual can be tried and convicted without seeing the evidence against him," Brig. Gen. James Walker, U.S. Marine Corps staff judge advocate told a Congressional hearing.

“I believe the accused should see that evidence,” said Maj. Gen. Scott Black, the Army’s Judge Advocate General.
