Because the people of the UK have finally had enough and are taking away George Bush's strings on his puppet and now a once promising leader cant stand on his own.

He is guilty of the same crimes that Bush is.
He has enough common sense to get away while he can.
All Bush can do is pass laws that prevent him from being charged with war crimes.
That law will not hold up when challenged.
