any time i've mentioned it (it seems pretty important), people have pulled out the old "conspiracy nut" card. when did things that came out in congress and subsequently DECLASSIFIED turn into "theories"?

isn't this something we, as americans should be a little bit concerned about?

true- the cia wasn't established until 1947, however, the research started before that (it wasn't actually called, "MK ULTRA" at the time.)

Because the CIA was created in 1947, and conspiracy theorists are notoriously full of crap.

Mr. Smarty Pants. If your so smart as name implies than why don't you know about MK Ultra? How about Project Monarch, Operation Paperclip, and everything you have ever been told. we have been lied to about everything.
