My husband died suddenly last month. We had several credit cards held jointly but one each that was not joint even though we both had credit cards for our use. Chase bank has told me that it depends on your state of residence if the surviving spouse is responsible and that I needed to contact an attorney. They also said there was no SOP---sometimes it was written off and other times it was given to 3rd parties who could demand payment in full immediately. They said if I wanted I could freely assume responsibilty and they would arrange payments. Now I am retired and disabled and am still putting our daughter through college. I've been left with a great deal of debt. My husband was only 64 as am I and we never had a problem paying our debts. His death was totally unexpected and since I receive a teacher's pension I will not get his social security because of the government offset. My attorney could not give me an answer since he never heard of Chases' policy. Thanks in advance

1. The History of the Jewish Khazars. New York: Schocken Books, 1967.

2. "The Khazars." The Dark Ages: Jews in Christian Europe, 711-1096. 1966.

D Dunlop, tells us: “.Do you know who the jews really are? (I call them Jews to you, because they are known as Jews. I don't call them Jews myself. I refer to them as so-called Jews, because I know what they are.) The eastern European Jews, who form 92 per cent of the world's population of those people who call themselves Jews, were originally Khazars. They were a warlike tribe who lived deep in the heart of Asia. And they were so warlike that even the Asiatics drove them out of Asia into eastern Europe. They set up a large Khazar kingdom of 800,000 square miles. At the time, Russia did not exist, nor did many other European countries. The Khazar kingdom was the biggest country in all Europe.

They were phallic worshippers, which is filthy and I do not want to go into the details of that now.”

before the 14th amendment?

They don't state Congress shall not make any law etc, they all say Shall not be infringed, Soldiers shall not, etc... wasn't this already all-encompassing, with the exception of the first amendment?

With the electorate as divided as it is at nearly 50/50 for the past 2 elections, would it actually be better to split up the office of the Presidency into 2 positions: one President for the liberals and/or Democrats and one President for the conservatives and/or Republicans?
This seems crazy at 1st glance, but would it work better than more than half of America hating the President, and the rest thinking he's the lesser of 2 evils?
With this idealistic system, could everyone involved (both parties of government and their separate constituents) get what they wanted, with America remaining the United States?
I think it would be better than the current system, anyone agree?

I don't know much about the military at all, mostly because kids where I live usually have their parents pay for absolutely everything, so please bare with me as I have no knowledge in this subject.

I'm thinking about joining after high school, but I'm not sure which would be best for me. My brother is going through college and it has put alot of strain on my family to keep up with the expenses.

I'm a very good student (4.09gpa) and would like to eventually become a doctor, would any of these military branches help me in getting there? What are the physical demands? I'm a female, I'm in shape, but running's not exactly my best attribute and I need to work on swimming. I'm also willing to start working out alot more often.

I spoke with my teachers brother who joined the Navy and now works in submarines, he says the Army doesn't have good living conditions at all, which branch has the best living conditions?

Are females treated differently in the military?

When asked what was taking so long to clean up New Orleans, Mayor Ray Nagin justified himself with the following remark: "You guys in New York can't get a hole in the ground fixed and it's five years later. So let's be fair." What are your thoughts on this? I personally agree with him.

NEW ORLEANS - First came the floodwaters, then the paperwork. Billions of promised federal dollars to fix New Orleans' crumbling infrastructure have gone largely untapped a year after Hurricane Katrina. City officials complain that a snarl of red tape, restrictions and unexpectedly high costs have kept hundreds of public buildings in disrepair, streets pocked with potholes and most parks too dirty for children to play. "It's an incredible bureaucracy. It's unbelievable," Mayor Ray Nagin said in an interview with The Associated Press this week.

Why does new orleans have to wait to get recovery money when iraq gets everything it wants?
