Aztlan is a fantasy world based on the unsubstantiated folk legend of some Mexicans. It's the equivalent of a the Aryan myth of a literal "Ubermensch" (I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly; I don't know any German).

And has anyone here noticed that the militant Mexican voices (from the illegals, a small number of legals, and many still in Mexico) calling for the "return" of "their" land, sounds very much like Nazi lebensarum? The only difference is that the Mexicans have darker skin; the dangerous mythology is the same. But apparently, since the mainstream media for the most part doen't portray them as they are -- racists -- only whites can be racist. It works both ways.

And how are Americans "germs and stealers"? The last major American conquest on the North American continent was in the 1840's, and the last time we outright annexed anything into the United States was 1898 (I believe that was the year the U.S. government took Hawaii). All the wars since then have been World Wars or fighting against the spread of Communism. And as I recollect, we haven't gained one bit of land in any of those wars (I think the Iraq War is a fiasco, but the fact still stands that we have not annexed Iraq, or any square inch of another nation, in over a century.

And if you intend your mythical Aztlan (which, correctly by other responders, has been demonstrated to have owned in the past by the various Native American tribes of the present U.S., not Mexicans or their Mayan/Aztec descendants) to be "free" like Mexico is, with all the corruption and poverty, good luck.

I have a problem with that because I don't recall ever looking at an old map that shows your precious "Aztlan" and seeing states like North Calrolina and New York on it, but yet illegal Mexican immigrants seem to find their way to those states. Why is that??

It's another smoke screen, like the entire racism thing. Pro illegals want us to now feel guilty about the land that was stolen years ago. What about the land that was stolen from my ancestors? More of this country was taken from my Native American ancestors than from Mexico. I think it is another excuse to try and explain things away.

Doesn't work for me. Illegal immigration is just that - illegal. You break the law and you are not of this country, you need to go back to where you came from. No matter where that is.

North, Central, and South America all was inhabited by Indians until the Spanish began killing everyone off, taking the land as their own. If the land belongs to anyone, it's Native Americans. How does it belong to you?

I can't understand why you would even ask something like that. Your people have swarmed in here and taken over our land and you would ask a question like that. White is no longer the majority in America. Mexicans are. They just keep on having more and more babies and live off of our government while they sit on thier overweight butts. And they drive around trucks that have everything chromed out and take up two lanes while thier small children jump around in the truck with no seatbelts.
