x-girlfriend repossessed $14,000 vehicle with $600 remaining due. Vehicle in her name for financing purposes, however ALL monies were paid by me. All personal property, including equipment/tools used for gainful lively hood were removed as wel and not returned.Intends to sale truck and might keep all monies received. do I have any legal venues? Any suggestions or facts?

Patrick Buchanan is narrating a nightvision recording of Mexican people crossing the border with a dire warning that Mexicans will destroy America by 2050. I thought give us your tired, your weak, your poor... How can an "illegal immigrant" even exist!? Is that not Oxy-moronic? I thought people were supposed to immigrate to this great melting pot. Or was that all grade school bulls*it?

Giving one person Power is like allowing a dictator to rule the many and have everything be seen his/her way. They represent the party that they are mostly affiliated with and majority of the time, neglect the populace at large. I know I wouldn't want to give power to just one person. That's political suicide!

Many countries have more rights (such as the right to social security and free education), many countries are richer, many countries have higher standards of living, many countries populations score higher in academic tests than american citizens, many countries have better freedoms, many countries have a better humanitarian record... So what really makes it the best? Since it is such a commonly held view, there has to be something behind it?

actually i have a couple o.k. im going to be 18 in december and this is my last year in high school. i was thinking about enlisting in either the army or the marines but im not sure. from what ive been told i can not enlist anyways because of 2 reasons 1 im flat footed and 2 i have a heart condition. can anyone help me and tell me if i can enlist or not and if so in what military outfit.

NEW YORK -- City health officials are investigating the death of a baby boy who was one of three infants to contract herpes after a rabbi circumcised them.
Ten days after Rabbi Yitzhok Fischer performed religious circumcisions on twins last October, one died of herpes and the other tested positive for the virus, according to complaint filed by the health department in Manhattan Supreme Court.
The complaint, reported in Wednesday's edition of the New York Daily News, also said health officials later found a third baby who had contracted herpes after being circumcised by Fischer in late 2003.
Under Jewish law, a mohel - someone who performs circumcisions - draws blood from the circumcision wound. Most mohels do it by hand, but Fischer uses a rare practice where he uses his mouth.
Fischer's lawyer, Mark Kurzmann, told the Daily News that Fischer was cooperating with the investigation, although it's unclear whether Fischer submitted to the city's request for a blood test.

My BELARUSSIAN (RUSSIAN) wife played me , got me to marry her & he recieved a CONDITIONAL RESIDENCE CARD valid for 2 years, then SHE DUMPED ME & left to another man, but we are still married. 2 years later, she applied to REMOVE the CONDITION on her 2 YEARS CARD , so to get the PERMANENT ONE. The IMMIGRATION asked her to SHOW PROVE that we were together(bills, lease, bank accounts in both names, ..etc), BUT she does not have NONE OF THAT, but she still applied ? What will the IMMIGRATION DO NEXT ??? Would they deny her, would they ask her for an interview (with or without me) ? How long will the procces takes to find out the final result & could she do anything (have a trick of her own) ? PLEASEEE NO JOKS, BUT KNOWLEDGABLE ANSWERS !!!

Every time someone asks a political opinion question, they just pick the person who agrees with them the most as having the best answer. What's the point? Very rarely do people seem to listen to what the other opinions are, but instead they act like the other side is namecalling.

Today at work a supervisor( B) told me something what supervisor (A) was doing to me on my start up time. Example: Lets say that supervisor (A) told me to come to work at 3:00 pm and punch in but your shift dont start till 3:30 pm. And then supervisor (B) tells you that supervisor(A) was writing your time in for 3:30 pm when supevisor (A) told you to punch in at 3:00 pm. What would you do about that kind of problem?

About 1/3 of the people I supervise are puerto rican and mexican. They blast their crappy spanish music, speak spanish WHEN THEY ARE FULLY CAPABLE OF SPEAKING ENGLISH.
Its freaking rude.
Very rude!
When you are in a room full of people, and a small group starts blaring things in spanish.
I posted a note on the employee board stating that their needed to be a change, we have had 7 complaints by 4 airlines for their rude behavior. And Airlines dont tolerate that.
Should I fire them if this continues?
Do you agree its rude?
