From a lawyer in Romania, the age is 16, though, there is grey area until 18. People who hold a position of power, such as teach, etc., over the person can be prosecuted. So the clear cut age is 18. Quite frankly in Romanian law almost everything is gray, if you stick with 18 you will be safe. Be careful.
Though I will be the first to say in Romania, it happens all the time, and i never heard of anyone getting in trouble. If you are 25 and she is 17, you will seem more the norm than a criminal. High school girls quite commonly date guys 18-32. Lived there 3 years, so i know. Never swung that young myself, but found myself saying "no, thanks, you are too young".

hahahahahaha. people lighten up..this dude wants to get his swerve on..let him...My wife is Romanian..and i will state this:
Romania has THE hottest women on this planet...no betty crocker or m.stewart. fine .fine fine. besides. the women will flock to you..(that is if you look the look)..
the fact that ur american(foreigner) gives you a headstart.
common sense is the order of the day..
I recommend going to place like: The Office, Krystal Club, Maxxs. These are dance clubs(no strpping).. if your game is tight, it would be easy pickins... If ur game is not tight..then u need to go the titty bars...cant name them here.
As the others it should be easier than Rom.. with the exception of Belarus.. not many english speakers..anyway good luck and dont pick up MINORS!!!!

If you don't want troubles use the limit of 20! But be carefull ask an ID.
Sometimes teen girls look as 20 or 22 years old in that countries!!
