Besides not shopping there, what should I do?

They have the right to their beliefs, You have the right to shop elsewhere. Both are expressions of freedom. Theirs and yours.

What could you do that was legal? The only thing I could think of would be to picket them. But before you even did that I would talk to someone like the Police or a lawyer to see how you could legally do that.
I recommend that you just not buy there anymore. Explain to your friends, also, where their sympathies lie and why you are not patronizing them anymore. Maybe you could get even more people not to shop there.

Why would you not shop there? You should continue shopping there and you should do nothing...Americans have the right to their opinions. If you stop shopping with every shop owner with whom you disagree, you'll end up a hermit living off mushrooms in some desolate outback.

but be carefull you will go down as well for knowing to much
you will probably be tortured to make sure you dont know anything else and spend the rest of your days in a concentration camp

picket their premises with a sign indicating that you are fed up with Iranians. Lots of luck.
Tell them that you are an Israeli and a member of a secret organization whose motto is to annihilate Iranians.

Become friends with them, voice anti USA sentiments and infiltrate them and report their activities to the FBI.

Well, it is likely that they are already under observation but it wouldn't hurt to let the FBI know what you saw/heard.
