You should be able to reenlist it may just restrict the MOS that you will come back into. If you have a stressful or combat job they might try to retrain you into a more relaxed situation. They Army is allowing people up to 45 yrs old in and is calling back up the inactive reserve. I am pretty sure they will do what ever they can to try to get you back in to fill a slot.
