While I was walking back from a store to my home at midnight (the store is located close to the home), police stopped and asked me whether I was going to burglarize a house close to the stopped location or not. I explained them I was just going back to the home, and they asked me an address of the home, then I was freed. But afterwards, the police was waiting me at my home, and they left when I arrived the home.

I would deeply appreciate if you would tell me anything I could do against the incident; because I do not want police to have any bad record/reputation on me.

Thank you for your help!

My boss said that because the mom pays tuition and the dad doesn't, then the mom has sole right on the private property of the school. But, I think the dad, who has joint custody, has a right to access his kid anytime, and we can't legally stop him. (His visitation hours are weekends, but does that mean he can't legally see his kid on our private school campus if my boss doesn't allow it? Does paying tuition and/or permission of the private property owner override the dad's right to access his child during the week?

I'm up late watching the movie Empire - basically about latin drug dealers.

Why is it that cops can't crack down on these f*ckers like stormtroopers raiding villages.

Basically, the way I see it, if we had Cops in Swat gear, Kevlar helmets and level 3 body armor- bursting through doors, tossing flashbangs, and flattening dealers with MP5's , tasers and Colt M-4 assault rifles...dealers would think twice before selling anything.

Its not like we'd be violating the constitution...these people are reputed mobsters, racketeers and crime lords costing many American honest citizens their lives.

Basically I'd love to basically destroy these people's lives and make example after example of them. After a number of crushings word on the street would be that the police are no joke.

That's pretty much why countries like China have 1/10th Americas crime rates despite having 8 times the population. The citizens KNOW not to f*ck around.

making a wall will not take their immagination away neither their need will go away .

they will find new ways to come and just by making harder for them to live they will make harder for anyone to find them .

whoever who doesn't think that we need them should remember that they made the highways we're driving , they made the bridges we cross .

lets not be ungrateful and forget what they do everyday for us , lets not forget that they people too , lets not forget what makes America the greatest coutry on the world , what makes America free .

The support for the war is going down. Agree? No WMD, No threat to the USA. Iraq did not do 9-11 So why are we in Iraq? What a waste. How about you young gung ho people here go and join the military and make Mr Bush happy. My real question here is this. How will the people in the USA hold their head up in a proud way when we lose the so called war in Iraq? And you do "know" we will lose. Right?

Iraq did not do 9-11. If Iraq survives as a nation or as some other name it won't affect my freedom or lack of it. So how is fighting in Iraq protecting me?

I've heard it said that if Richard Nixon was trying to run under the republican ticket today he wouldn't make it because he'd be considered too liberal. In years past when he was president, many had considered him to be an exceedingly uptight conservative, ergo "tricky Dick," being his nickname since he was also full of tricks like many conservatives. So what gives? How is it we are returning to conservativism, with the rise in gangs and violence that seems to be a offshoot of all of this as well. Anybody ready to go back to the Peace and Love of the 60's Hippy Era? Of course without the drugs...but leave in Peace and Love...Why can't we all just want that? Why so much crap instead?

When faced with a truly outspoken (or truly entertaining) conservative opinion, I have noticed that Liberals often (always) try to silence the voice. Rarely do they take on the topic, ansering questions directly and presenting facts that back up the position. More often than not, they will resort to insults, irrelevance, and discrediting. When I thought I was a Liberal, I thought it was good debate, keeping the opponent on the ropes. After a while, I noticed that it was simply a good way to dismantle the debate. I realized, I can't be proven wrong if I can sabotage the debate, but I also can't be proven right. With this question, I expect the liberals out there to insult me, change topic, and blame me. I do NOT expect an honest answer.

I think that the capabilities of the F-14 greatly out-weighed the capabilities of the F-18D super hornet.
First off the super hornet is a multi-role fighter that is mainly intended for low level fighting.
The F-14 was a multi-role fighter that was intended for Air superiority.
In my opinion (and i am an aircraft maintainer in the air force) If the enemy were to bring in air superiority fighters they could fly right over the top of the Super Hornets.
the engines are not big enough to suck enough air, and the wings are too small to duke it out at 60,000 feet, and the Super Hornets do not have the range needed to take on a fight at that altitude.
that is exactally why we dumped off the F-4 to start with and went with the F-14 and the F-15. because the Foxbats could just walk away from our F-4's.
what do you think?
